AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. SCAMMERS WHO DON'T SEND OUT ORDERS AND THEN DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS OR PICK UP THE PHONE. HAD TO DO A CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Purchased a strip ceiling light

Purchased a strip ceiling light, took a while to arrive but was worth it. Have had positive comments from family and friends about it. The only issue we had was inserting the Perspex cover, which cracked very easily.
Contacted gleelamp who were very helpful and understanding. They are very responsive in replying to issue.
They have a excellent customer service, issue resolved.

Absolutely shocked not only by the poor…

Absolutely shocked not only by the poor quality of the product that may I add comes in bits and not wired up at all, but the very poor plastic fittings for the wiring . I am not even sure if this ceiling light is safe. My son in law is a qualified electrician and actually said he had never seen such a poorly made product. I am just relieved I didn't order another 3 lights for my other bedrooms

Great new lights

I have ordered new lights for the whole of my downstairs with Gleanlamp and are delighted with the quality and look of the lights.
They look fabulous and the fitting was straightforward.

I must compliment the support team as my questions were answered very quickly and the support and help given with my order was excellent.

I will be making further orders for new lights.

I received one broken light and the…

I received one broken light and the second one turned up weeks later also severely damaged. I refused to sign for it and sent it straight back with the courier. I still have not till this day received a single refund. They constantly asked me to stop the dispute with PayPal, which is obviously clearly a fraudulent move. Do not use this company.

They are not UK based for a start..

They are not UK based. Appalling customer service, sent a damaged product. No reply to 3-4 emails asking for a replacement. Probably a drop ship operator, absolutely avoid

Products are unsafe!

Products are unsafe, supplied literally as a loose kit of parts that customers are required to assemble with minimal instructions. If you try to return products, they fob you off with a Chinese address.
I cannot recommend this supplier.

Nice product and excellent support

I ordered three of the Creative Colourful LED ceiling lights. The lights themselves are excellent - fairly easy to install and a choice of three light tones. It’s a shame that it doesn’t remember your most recent selection, but that’s a minor issue.

I must compliment the Support team, I submitted a couple of questions to them and they were very responsive (and friendly).

I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered 2 lights and one was…

I ordered 2 lights and one was delivered broken. I sent an email but no one got back to me. I have since sent two more emails buy still mo response. I can't use the light and it was expensive. I am very disappointed and don't know what to do next.

Ordered 2 ceiling lights but had a problem fitting the shade panel. Contacted CS and they ordered 2 for me free of charge. Good response and speedy resolution.

Is this company being run by Artificial Intelligence ?

There was poor service. Although the company promised that they would inform us about delivery the goods turned up and left on the doorstep without even ringing the bell. There was no information on the boxes, no information in the boxes, not even a name and address and no indication of who delivered them. The lights were not the same as we paid for, no colour change! They have no telephone number and we wash our hands of them. I suspect that the whole company is being run by AI.

Nearly all orders I have made online I have at least been informed of what day the goods are to be delivered. The majority of them inform you of a window of two hours. No information at all! My wife took the dog out at 8am and when she returned an hour later the packages were on the doorstep. Whoever delivered them hadn’t knocked or rang the doorbell.
There was no information on the boxes and neither was there any instructions inside. The electrician who installed them was baffled, couldn’t find a switch to change colour on the apparatus and they went up with the colour cold.
It was only at the weekend we discovered, by accident, that they changed colour via the switch on the wall! If only that information was in the box in the first place I wouldn’t even had bothered to give an opinion on Trust Pilot.
At the end of the day Gleamlamp actually gave me a very adequate discount in apology for the trouble. I thank them for that.

Scam company

Scam company! Items didn’t arrive, went and checked into the company in more detail and I saw they have written a review in my name with 5*s claiming the lights are excellent!!
Meaning every review is a lie.

Had a light arrive which had glass on…

Had a light arrive which had glass on it which had shattered. Spoke to customer service who said they will send me a replacement however been 12 days now and I have had no tracking number and they stoped replying. Do Not buy from this company will now be reporting to the ombudsman and reporting to my bank to get a refund

Gleamlamp is a rip off

I waited six weeks for a lamp to be delivered. I ordered a clear glass metal light. I received a plastic, frosted glass lamp with no fittings just a hole in the bottom. I tried to resolve it and was fobbed off by auto email responses then eventually an email saying I got what I ordered...which i so obviously hadn't.
Gleamlamp is a rip off site DO NOT BUY. I should have been warned by the fact they had no phone number, no address just an email.

Gleamlamp UK does not operate in the UK…

Gleamlamp UK does not operate in the UK goods are despatched from China and take a number of days to arrive. My purchase arrived in poor condition but I was expected to cover the cost of return to China. In the end I accepted a 50% refund because I didn't want to send good money after bad. In their favour, the support team are responsive.

It's over 6 weeks now and my order has…

It's over 6 weeks now and my order has NOT arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT'S A SCAM!
I've emailed the company 7 times, each time to be told its on the way. i've requested a refund 3 times, this has been ignored.
Spoke with the post office and provided the tracking number I was provided, again, nothing arrived with them either.
Now, when I query the tracking with the bogus tracking number, it says order fulfilled.
They have now stopped replying as it's likely I'm too late to get a refund from the bank.

Order takes too long to complete

Order takes too long to complete. Delivery takes 2-3 weeks to arrive as 10-15 WORKING DAYS delivery timescale. The couriers used totally ignored delivery instructions that box is fragile and should be stored right way up, so when did arrived light was damaged.

No telephone number to contact, so all through web chat which is ok but can take 24 hours for a response, not ideal when you want a quick answer.

Had problem with order which was damaged by courier, was offered total replacement, refund or replacement part which was broken, which is within with my statutory rights. Chose replacement part but yet another 3 week wait for the replacement item to arrive.

Summary whole order for beginning to end took 4th November to 23rd December 2024 to complete, that’s 7 weeks, hence I am not satisfied.

The product is ok not high quality quite flimsy but it was cheap so suppose you get what you pay for!
