Fiddly Bits
Delivery was Good. They put the MS where I requested.
The scooter itself I have a few minor issues with.
1) The Mirrors were useless.
2) A piece at the the front kept coming off. Though I am hoping a bit of double sided tape will keep it on.
Other than that I have no real complaint .
Having just received a phone call ( 9/2/26) addressing my points raised and must say that the customer service rates 5 stars.

Item delivered in a timely manner. Although not made specifically for the scooter I have, it fits perfectly by using the adjustable straps. Yes, it’s a little on the pricey side, but protects my scooter when travelling.

What a fantastic experience
I ordered my wheelchair online. The site is full of useful information and easy to use. My wheelchair arrived 3 days later (I ordered late Friday night!) The 2 delivery men were amazing. They were extremely helpful, polite and professional. After setting up my wheelchair I was so impressed. It is so much better than I imagined. The aftercare and insurance and warranty options make this company a must. Will be recommending and using again myself.

Super comfy chair
When researching for a riser chair for my mum, Glebe came out best for quality and price. Delivery was quick and we were kept up to date with the progress of the delivery. The chair is super comfy and easy to operate the controls. Excellent customer service when I had to contact them about the broken clip on the remote control, a replacement was dispatched immediately.

The ordering and time scale for delivery were very good,but my delivery was left in a very unsafe place in full public view. By chance I found it before anyone else but at £180 I would expect a more secure delivery service.

The easiest of purchases
The easiest of purchases. The chair is absolutely beautiful and as described. The chair offers everything my hubby needs without looking as if it’s a medical requirement after his stroke. Everyone who has seen it loves it. The heat and massage seat/back is an added bonus to the riser recliner features. Our chair was delayed but we were kept informed of the next available delivery date. All in all from pressing the buy button to my hubby relaxing in it took 5 days. I can highly recommend this company and especially this chair. Thanks very much guys.
