Beautiful necklace- great service

I'm quite upset as my partner purchased a 10k white gold Diamond infinity Necklace for me for my birthday.
Which looked stunning in the photos on the website and quite thick and sturdy and It had an option to choose a free gift, another Necklace. My partner chose the 4 leaf clover necklace

The shock I got when it arrived and I opened !!!!!
Yes yes , I know il get a reply we try to photograph and describe our items as accurately......we give dimensions etc
What my partner paid for versus what I got ... a tiny flimsy feel of the 10k diamond heart infinity Necklace and chain seems any second itl snap,
The free gift, the 4 leaf clover necklace looked better only looked better.
It's a sad shame they've put all this effort in a great website and great pictures but not the product
I definitely have seen better closer to where I live for the price paid
I had to put on a brave face and accept his gift because my partner chose and spent a very long time on various sites trying to find me a gift and paid for engraving his name on the Necklace too
Which you will need a magnifying glass and I couldn't locate at first.

Costly mistake never order gold online!!
Iv kept due to the thought, effort and time my partner put in choosing this gift for me.

I was emailed for issue to be resolved either return item snd have another Necklace made to my specification or exchange or full refund,
I appreciate them reaching out but I can not return to exchange a gift chosen by my long-term partner whom isn't Internet wise yet he spent many hours over days choosing a gift for me, i won't hurt his feelings, he is truly an amazing person and works hard, I'm allergic to general metal jewellery and he got white gold for me which isn't cheap.

Ordered a claddagh ring and was not disappointed..it's so pretty and I absolutely love it. Takes a bit longer because it's custom made and understandably that takes time. Thank you also for the surprise gift..it's a beautiful pendant and much appreciated.

Ring was more petite than expected but super cute and came quickly with normal shipping!

This is the third wedding ring I had to order for my husband because he’s lost so much weight. But I couldn’t remember what size ring I had ordered previously. One email to Glencara and they responded very quickly with the answer to my question. I ordered a smaller size and had it within a week of ordering. Great customer service and great products.

I purchased the amazing Glencara ruby and diamond necklace framed within a swirling gold heart setting as a heartfelt gift to my lovely Irish Bride in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary! The recognized gem for this milestone is Ruby - which is also my wife’s birthstone! Imagine the upwelling of pride and happiness I felt when I presented this gorgeous necklace to my wife at our favorite restaurant on our anniversary dinner last weekend! Thank you Glencara for making our special occasion even more memorable!

Have placed 2 orders this month and very pleased with both! Order 1-paid for expedited shipping and even though I paid for quick shipping and GLENCARA had the order out within hours, UPS held it in a facility 5 miles from my house for 2 days :/

But Glencara made it right even though not their fault so I placed another order and still got it quickly even without the quick shipping.

Plan to order again and again in the future for family and various gift-able occasions . Very happy with both rings and all 3 necklaces we received!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I have tried twice with different products. The difference in quality between what you see on their website and what you receive is outrageous. The free chain that came as a gift is ten times nicer than the one I actually paid for.

“Diamond” is a myth for them too. Although a pendant/necklace might sparkle a little, you’d be hard pressed to find a singular diamond on your pendant or necklace. I struggle to believe that this is even mediocre jewelry at best. They simply do not care enough to put the effort into making high quality jewelry.

And another thing: the clasps/pendants. Both times I ordered from here, a clasp on a necklace or a pendant has snapped off a chain. These things literally look they were made in 10 minutes. As an Irish Catholic myself, stick away from this brand, they give us nothing but a bad name.

Extremely disappointing quality and service from them. I’ll be taking my money back to Jaxxon unwillingly because even though I have no connection to them, at least they can send me a necklace that looks like it’s worth $150. Pathetic…

The piece of jewelry I received was nowhere near the quality or detail represented by the company in the photos. It is simply laughable. I would even call it crude, especially given the price I paid. It was supposed to be rose gold and yellow gold, but it instead seems to be a poorly detailed homogenous piece of the cheaper rose gold. I wouldn't be surprised if it was merely plated.
Not only that, but it arrived over a week late, even after I paid extra to get it sooner. There was no notification it had been shipped, no tracking, nothing. It simply showed up late in the mailbox one day.
If this experience is any indication of the company, returning it for a refund would seem to be more trouble than it's worth. Either way, I've lost, but I don't ever have to do business with them again, and I won't. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Lies, lies, and more lies. What you have clearly demonstrated here is an unwillingness to take accountability for your companys clear failures. The product you sent me only resembles the product I paid for in a superficial sense. The difference in quality is steep and apparent. Furthermore, you DID NOT send notification the item had been shipped, let alone tracking information. I checked my spam folder to make sure. It wasn't there. The last communication I received from you was to notify me after the fact, that my order was late. The order then arrived without any further explanation. Those are the facts. Your company's manner of doing business is appalling.
