Great, local company! Always a brilliant experience with Glentech.

I wouldn’t usually write a review but in this case I must express my disappointment. I put my phone in to have a screen replacement in September which they promptly did. After only a couple of weeks I noticed the screen was peeling away from the phone, it didn’t bother me to much but I needed the Face ID fixed so when I put it in I asked them to re seal the phone. I got the phone back and all was working until the whole screen came away from the phone and was hanging off. I took it back in and to my disbelief they told me I would have to pay again to have it fixed. I have already paid around £150 to have all these things done and thought they would recognise this is their mistake so I refused but they said they still wouldn’t do it. I trusted them with my phone and have essentially paid over £100 for them to mess up my phone more. I would NOT trust this company with your devices which you have worked hard to pay for!

Jake saved the day again! Had a couple of phone screen and back replacements done at Glentech. They are fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. Forget the cheap corner shop repairs, get it done properly by Glentech!

Great local company situated at Hunts Pond Road, Park Gate, Hants.
I took my laptop for repair as some of the keys had become detached from the keyboard.
They repaired it whilst I waited then refused to charge me as it was a small repair.
5 star service and I will certainly return when I need laptop or phone repairs.
There is also parking outside the shop which is convenient and the staff are polite and super helpful.
