While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Great cloud gaming platform with smooth…

Great cloud gaming platform with smooth performance and easy access to many games. I like that it works well on mobile and lets me play without needing a high-end PC. The interface is simple, sessions are easy to start, and overall it’s a fun experience. Hoping for even more games, faster queues, and extra reward credits in future updates. Recommended for gamers who want affordable cloud gaming.

There has been increasingly less amount…

There has been increasingly less amount of features, you used to be able to run things in the terminal. They claim to support LGBT people, and yet most of their site depends on external social media services to login.

So if for some reason someone like an Elon Musk has a problem with you based on something you can't help like gender status, this leaves user accounts vulnerable to being locked out of based on things that aren't even the websites owns terms of service.

Up to that point, I've been hosting my website there for a very long time, and have a lot of patience. It was already time to switch to self-hosting anyway, but I'm tired of websites haven't unpredictable things breaking that aren't based on my own abilities as a web developer.

Does not work well at all

Login rarely works, requires creating accounts with other services. Rewind caused me to lose 1 month of work. Support is only active during the weekdays. I'm waiting for their support reply now, and by the time they reply, it'll probably be too late to restore my project.

One of the best hosts out there.

One of the best hosts out there.

With glitch.com I can host almost anything, compared to repl.it. It's more friendly to get started with a good editor, and good dark theme.

Slow support, only available during the week

One of my websites hosted with Glitch inexplicably became uneditable. When I tried to redirect my custom domain to a new project, as the old one had stopped working, I found this was impossible without directly contacting support. They have only implemented the ability for users to add custom domains, not remove them. Despite being a webhost, their support is only available during the week, even if you are a paying customer. Recently they have also prevented free users from pinging their projects to keep them awake (as otherwise they are shut down after 5 minutes of inactivity) and instituted a paid plan that allows pinging and keep-alive projects, a clear attempt at squeezing more money out of users.
