I placed an order on 7/24/22. Today is 8/15/22 and I just got a response that was more than a generic response.. "they are behind on order processing". When the order was placed the confirmation email said 5-10 days for shipping. Today is day 16, I called many times with no answer and left a message for a callback, but that never happened. I ask if shipping will be refunded since they charged me $33 in shipping and failed to ship in the time frame they have on their website! This company is a joke. Oh, but I was offered a discount on my next order. I can say I will 100% not be ordering from this place again.

I placed a $130.00 order on July 25th and today is August 12th, 2022 and still no clothes. I have emailed twice with no answers back. I have commented on fb post and they get deleted. I can get any response from them at all. I don't know if this is a legit store or what. I feel like I've been scammed.

Placed an order July 21st 2022, its now Aug. 4th 2022, still not a word, not yet filled and sent. Update: got the order on the 11th of August. Horrible clothing. A pair of black boots are missing. And the straw hat is bent and ruined, and the duster thing is way too small and looks like sleepwear, I ordered a size up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If yal want that kind of clothing, buy from Shein. Thats where they buy from then jack the price way up. I can get the duster thing from Shein for $6.00 and all the shirts they offer Shein has for pennies on the dollar. Horrible place and crappy customer service and 3 weeks to wait for your order to ship and they are in Texas. And if you notice the reviews on their website are all 3 and 4 stars, they choose what the customers can see. not fair.

I just received my order about a week ago and I absolutely love the jeans I got. I usually order my jeans from American Eagle but I honestly think these are better quality and fit me better. They shipped in a timely manner and I would definitely order from them again. As a matter of fact I have. I can’t wait to get my other things. The only complaint I have is they seem to sell out of the things I like really quickly. I love their dresses and every one I tried to buy was already sold out.. so now I look everyday to see if they have something new, but overall I’ve had a great experience.

I ordered and paid for items that never arrived and they refuse to give me my money back.

I love this boutique and have since I placed my first order back in July 2019. I’ve had over 15 orders and lots of lovely items. Always great quality and true to size. THE APP IS A DISASTER AND I PREFER TO ORDER FROM WEBSITE! 2 stars for app! I normally order from website but just recently downloaded the app and my biggest issue is that it would not recognize that I already had an account and made me sign up (with same email) odd! Also I have store credit which shows on my account through website but does not show in the app! I’d also like to mention that over the years and throughout all the orders that updates and shipping has significantly declined but items are eventually received and same great quality! I will not be using the app and hopefully it does not interfere with my original account and me logging in through website (since it made me “sign up” with same email) My overall current rating for GGB would be 4 stars just because updates are no longer sent and shipping takes longer. Items in general, style, quality and price is still 5 stars! GGB is one of my favorite boutiques and definitely worth waiting a little longer for items to arrive. The website was also recently changed but I have not had any issues there so far. I’d like to mention they boast of 5.0 trust pilot reviews but trust pilot states 2.0
It seems that over the past year or two a few people have had some issues. I’m not exactly sure if that is based on the app or other reasons.
