Best price and quick shipment.

Bought a speaker where the price seemed too good to be true so I took my chance and order it.

Shipment took 4 days from France to Portugal and I indeed received the speaker so I can say that was one of the best deals I made for something new.

I would buy again.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience is an understatement.
I ordered a guitar which was clearly available at the time of purchase because when I checked later on, it was suddenly "Available on request". I waited a few days as there was no update on the order whatsoever then I put a note under my order asking for an update. Waited another few days and called them. English language was a problem but the lady on the phone advised me it is available on request so she needs to contact the supplier to get an update which will take another 48 hours. After 48 hours, again, no updates, I called them again. This time a gentleman answered, English was a very big problem this time, he asked me to email them and he would get back to me in 5 minutes via email. This, of course, did not happen so I called them again later on that day. The same lady as at the beginning answered and advised me that my guitar is undergoing quality checks, the supplier just had a re-stock and I will get my guitar in about 15 days. This was already after I waited 1 week. I asked for a refund, the only positive bit here was that she promised the refund would be processed the same day (usual waiting time is up to 2 weeks). It was processed on Monday next week so not too bad. However, because of currency exchange I lost around 28 Euro on this whole "experience".

So to summarize, bad customer service, no updates, no English, unless you have time to chase them and lose money, avoid at all cost!

Good people Happy end

I am based in Switzerland and bought a guitar from Global Audio Store (GAS). The purchase confirmation and shipping info were fast and pro. Then the French Postal Service reported that the guitar had been broken by them. That was not at all the fault of GAS, but their after sales personel sincerely apologized for the unfortunate experience and more importantly managed to get me another identical guitar which I have received today. Other reviews already report how good their after sales people are. I confirm. I also saw less laudative comments regarding possible doubtful availability of the products offered. My experience rather tells the opposite, they appear to make all possible efforts to fulfill orders.

Dodgy tactics to avoid refund...

Store sells item which are not available.
The estimated delivery time was unknown, so I canceled my order.
They told me I will get sa refund in maximal 14 days. I never got it. Opened a Paypal case, the seller responds by asking me to close the case so they can send the money. This is not true, because if I close the case I can not open the case again. They are acting really dodgy.

I would not recommend to deal with this store.

UK BUYERS BEWARE

UK BUYERS BEWARE. This company advertises free shipping and prices including tax to UK shoppers. Neither of these are true. They took my order and my money, then refused to ship until I paid an extra Euro57. When the goods arrived DHL needed another Euro107 for import tax and their fee. My advice, use Thonmann or DV247 whose prices do include tax and are honest about shipping.

Very very bad customer service

Very very bad customer service, they said that send in 48/72 and after 1 week I must open paypal dispute for receive some information in the end they send in the day. Now I mist rent equipment for my activity because will arrive in another week. Never ever I will buy something more there.
