Very disappoint job with this company, not fulfilled commitment with employee or client, getting overtime daily.

The worst company I've ever come across. My request was to create an "Enkeltmansforetak" (single employee company) in Brønnøysundregisteret in Norway. This led to a "by-phone-only" registration session where two companies were registered i Wales. During registration followed payment links for both those companies by mail - one after the other, and I missed totally track of what I was paying for. I were also reqiered to set up a bank account for these companies - payment up front here as well. I had specified that I would use a Norwgian Bank, and got an account that's unusable by a purely Norwegian company. I was also required to pay for an accountant service up front, I've never heard from those or gotten any contact information.
I also had to register the same companies in Brønnøysundregisteret and pay registering fees there as well.
I've tried to explain the situation to GCS by several mails, and get callback - only on phone of course - where I'm told to await a call from a meeting next day.. Never comes!!!
Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY by the link in Brønnøysundregisteret if Your requirements are the same as mine!!!!

Incorrect advice on holding construct. Incorrect registration of the holding structure.
Only want to earn money, no service.

I got a very warm welcome by both the assistant and the manager, they treated me very respectfully and had deep knowledge regarding all the questions i was asking and gave me excellent help and advice.

They do not deliver what you paid for! They do not accept reklamations.
They call you from different Numbers . Are professional at first but later you find out that they are not what it seems.

I got a great support extending services to LINK CONSULTING SWEDEN Ltd today and have been a satiesfied client over five years.

I just hang up the phone with my new favourite person in the world! A gentleman from Global Corporate Services called me regarding a website I just regestrated my email on to get more info about there services they have for us who are thinking about opening our own business. (And WOW they have many services!!!) This man gave me ( accept for a really nice conversation) the currage to just ”grab the bull .... etc etc” instead of ”waiting for the right moment” (thats just an excuse I use , since Im scared of faliure...) Turns out I dont have a thig to be scared of ( They even take care of the 25K that I thought that I needed to get an AB!!!!) and thats just one of MANY things they gave me news about, I realised that I didnt knew half as much as I thought that I did. The Gentleman I spoke with seemed, for real, as exited as I felt!! He talked to me like a friend and seemed , honestly, intressed in my business Idea!!! Swift and helpful, as well as very charismatic personell. Even when I said I was just kind of "window shopping" they gave me no trouble over it at all and even helped me further promising a future purchase will be available.

Do not trust them at all! All these reviews are fake. They wrote them themselves. Absolutely, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRY TO WORK WITH THEM. They wasted my time and money! I paid them for nothing! We agreed that I would remove my earlier review, and they will refund me half money 1300 euro payed for I do not know what is is just snabb selling that I payed, and they would fix my company. Now that I’ve decided to move forward, I can't get anything for the remaining 650 euros. They give me alternativ and if I wount AKTIV COMPANY, OFCOSE THAT IS THE RESON, I have to pay new money every year 400 euro.
I previously had a Ltd company in the UK, and it costs just £1 to start one yourself, but you need a UK address which you can forward write your adress in your country to receive all the necessary documents. I don't have this address, which is why I needed theirs, but for this money, they only started an inactive company. WHAT TO DO WITH INACTIVE COMPANY IN UK? LIKE YOU GET ONE PAPER FOR NOTHING!!!! What am I supposed to do with that? Nothing. They offered an alternative for 400 euros and I olredy have in deposit 650 euros to push forward which you do once when you start company and every year 400 euros and you will get on your home adress oll company paper. Actually, you only have to do this once, and the company papers will automatically be sent to your country adress. Other companies do this for 295 euros, once, and you don’t have to waste your time. Finely when you pay this money they will find more that you have to pay for their services which you did not asked. When you pay more and more it is dificult to clipp contact when you pay so much money. And finely you will dispaonted realised that is freund company which chited yor money.
This company make things deliberately difficult so that you'll pay more and more for nothing. PLEASE, PLEASE, please pleaseeeeeeeee don’t do anything with them. JUST READ THE REVIEW LIST on

And ofcose you can get money back from your bank which they sey that you can not which make them that they controll you and your money. Your bank will refund you they are freud company and quickli seling with locking with benefits which you can not use att oll. But you will get new card number from your bank, when you make polis report.

Really simple and way cheaper for me to open a business, took 10min and didn't have to deal with anything complicated.
