Superb!!

Im super happy with my purchases. My pants and shirts are classic, well made and fit so well.

Speedy service

I was actually surprised by the speed and efficiency of delivery. I’m based in Belgium and normally delivery can take a while. So I was delighted when everything came so quickly and in perfect order.

Ships super quickly

The shipment arrived very quickly. The skirt is excellent quality. The colour was a bit different to what it looks like on line. It looks like more of a red colour but it’s actually a brick colour. I am keeping it nonetheless. It’s lovely.

I’m very happy with the item I just received

I’m very happy with the item I just bought, a suede skirt that arrived well and quickly and fits perfectly
The packaging might have been a bit sturdier though
And the delivery persons are always a bit of an issue as they do not want to come upstairs even though there is a lift and I am handicapped ( he complied ultimately) but this has to do with my overall experience and nothing to do with the item I bought nor Whistle which I do like a lot

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. Placed an order on 30th of March with George at Asda which is fulfilled by Global-e. I have contacted customer service several times as I have neither received my order nor a refund, only to be patronisingly told to be patient, that it is being looked into. I have had zero meaningful updates. Global-e have my money and my clothes and will not provide proper updates. I do not recommend.
