I spoke to Riz from UK in January 2018 and did seek some advice but didn't apply at that time for australia. I emailed him again in April 2018 from Pakistan and He called me back straight.

Bit expensive but outstanding services.

My family and I had been dreaming of moving to Australia for years. I stumbled on Global Migrate on Facebook and decided to give them a tentative call. The lady I spoke to was extremely polite and informative, she even suggested I have a further conversation with my husband (main applicant) to make sure that he was totally on board. My husband decided to call them as he needed to provide clarity on his qualifications, we went ahead! That was the best call we took. They resolved all our queries , got our assessments done in 3 months and we had our PR arranged in 7 months. Excellent from start to finish..

I just got a reply from Global migrate about a review I made on March 2018 and on their reply they are accusing me of my immigration status in uk which is completely lies. During
my first conversation with the caseworker, I personally told him my application is pending at home office and he advice me they can go ahead and it won't have any effect on my uk application but with the help of my MP I have my permit now.
Please if anyone is struggling with REFUND from global migrate; for Canada kindly go to ICCRC website and lodge complain but make sure you have iccrc number of the case worker which you can found on top of the first email they sent from global migrate. If is Australia kindly go to MARA Australia website and lodge complain

I'd call it a scam, can't do a CV and instead of Australia they apply for jobs in Canada, management doesn't reply as well so money well wasted.

Before I have paid the full amount I would get 100 calls/emails per day. After, no one would answer my emails of calls. No one has answered to my COMPLAINT I have made!
Took you 5 attempts to make the resume right. Kept making stuff up about my skills and experience.
Applied for weeks for jobs in CANADA and not AUSTRALIA as we have agreed.
You have agreed to put my case on hold for 2 months and extend the application period with 2 months. I have this in writing in a email. In the end, you have changed your mind with no heads up and refused to apply for jobs for 2 more months as agreed.
DEFINITELY A SCAM AND A AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH !!!

I am amazed this company is allowed to operate.

I advice any person who deals with these people to have everything in writing because you will need it when you file a complaint. Otherwise they will totally deny committing anything they promised.

Also, if you want to see how people change their attitude after payments have been made then this is a great company to experiment with.

A good example would be that they have an automated email system to remind you to sign the initial contract (which they don't email back after signing) and pay your invoices. However, after that, your emails will go unanswered plus the managers will only prefer to talk to you in person as they will avoid corresponding in writing.

Let me say Global migrate is trying so hard to remove my review! If only they would work this hard to do their job, something you pay them to do! They do not live up to promises, they ignore customers and do not follow through. After taking the full payment, and not providing the contracted service they are now ignoring calls and emails.
I cannot stress enough just how unprofessional, this company is. There are plenty of negative reviews about them, similar claim as mine, do your research.
I don't know how companies like this are still allowed to operate despite a huge number of similar complaints against them.

Amazing Service.

I have been dealing with Mrunal and the lovely staff of Global Migrate for a good few months now and I have received the most amazing customer service. Visa applications are not the most simplest of tasks and there are many grey areas,therefore there was a lot of questions, but Mrunal was always professional and was happy to answer all of my questions. Global Migrate, great company very professional my caseworker was amazing she made my application so easy I got it within 3 months. I could not say a bad word about the company. Once our Visas were done, we were so happy to receive the package which had our Canadian Sim cards and it included all the information on applying for registration, opening our bank account, rental accommodation and school admissions. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to confirm our tenancy even before we landed. We landed on Wednesday, and by Friday we had a bank account, a Canadian phone number which worked from the airport itself and our kids admission were sorted and they went to school on Friday itself!!! What more could we ask them for, We would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move to Canada .

Global Migrate have assisted my family and I with attaining a, 457 Visa.
