Global Windows Reviews

Anthony and Keegan came together to do the work on our new windows, we have used Global before to do previous work. They carried out the installation Work with no problems, as they soon completed the job. They cleaned up at the end of each day , so all went smoothly Well done I would certainly recommend them

Wow what can I say apart from Globel windows are a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. Blown away by the quality of the workmanship by the fitters Simon and nick who came to fit are windows and door. Dont look any where else for quality windows and doors at great prices because you can't get a better company than Globel windows

The fitters that came were lovely and cracked on without rushing the job. They also mentioned to us that there were a few problems but they had already phoned it in and they were waiting for it to arrive into stock for them to come back out and fit it.

Andy and Sean were brilliant and friendly fitters and Doug was excellent in the showroom. We couldnt ask for more. Thank you! Helen and Gary

I have been using Global Windows for years now, both at our old house and now at our new house. They always turn up when they say they will. Their work is reliable. Today I was visited by Michael and Finley. They were very friendly, punctual and got on with the job. Will use them again.

Had all windows including a large bay replaced and a composite door fitted by Andy and Shaun. Workmanship and attention to detail was first rate, they cleaned up as they went and we were really pleased with the finished result. Both of the guys were really friendly and worked extremely hard all the time they were here, even in the pouring rain. Protective coverings were used to keep carpets etc. clean.

Both Simon and Antony were supremely professional, conscientious and a pleasure to have in my home.

What a fantastic company to do business with. Every single person we had contact with was courteous and professional. From the initial contact to contract completion was a great experience. They went far beyond the scope of contract and at every step of the way we were kept updated of progress. It is seldom the case in the building industry that you have an outcome that exceeds expectation. We would not hesitate to recommend them, in fact we have already to our neighbour. 10 out of 10 for Global, with special thanks to Russell and Joe.

I have used Global Windows in the past with excellent service and therefore was an easy decision to use them again for my extension. From the builders, the frame and roof fitters and the plasterers the quality, speed of build and service throughout have been excellent.

I can’t recommend them enough to anyone and they’re great reviews and score are testament to the team

We are really pleased with our new windows from Global.
They look fabulous!!
The customer service was exceptionally good and we particularly appreciated Trevor’s help in guiding us with the right choices. He was very patient and helpful.
The fitters were great , very efficient and friendly.
Before going for Global we had looked into a few Sheffield companies for quotes but chose Global due to price and timescale from order to fitting.
Am so glad we did as they were brilliant !

Fantastic service, very happy with my new conservatory. professional, knowledge and friendly service, everything went to plan Would use again.

Superb Service all round. Had part of the house done a couple of years ago and returned to have four more windows replaced. Superb price as quoted by Trevor, excellent service by the surveyor James and as for the fitting, Andy and Shaun worked like troopers. They arrived on time and we're very friendly and polite. They ensured that I was kept up to date with what was being done and made every effort to protect carpets etc as it was raining. They fitted everything to a very high standard and cleaned up extremely well. Even the outside was well swept. Would highly recommend Global especially if you are lucky enough to have Andy and Shaun as fitters!

Very polite no mess cleans up after themselves they are called mark and Finley

Brilliant service from start to finish .No pushy salesman and fitters Andy and Shaun were excellent. Hard working and helpful did an excellent job. Would recommend them to anyone Cleaned up every day before leaving, and on time next morning .Job well done

The doors are beautiful. We love them.
Anthony and Andrew are a really professional pair of workmen. They were a pleasure to welcome to our home and they have done a superb job fitting the lovely doors. They paid attention to every detail and explained patiently how we should open and close them. Thank you very much for an excellent and totally professional job.

Staff were helpful and informative at all stages. The work was completed as planned and on time. The finished result is as expected and completed to a high standard.

From enquiry to the finished job, they are very professional. A excellent team that work perfectly together. Very tidy, friendly and courteous fitters. No hesitation in recommending this company. They even gave us a contact to get our roof fixed too.

Global did a great job fitting a rather awkward door as it needed extra plastering /pebble dashing .The fitting of the door was done in double quick time and a superb fit and the following day the plasterer made a great job of
blending in the newly plastered door surround and pebble dash finished it nicely .
Fully recommend

We’ve used Global Windows before at our previous home! We were more than happy with the service we received then so we only had Global quote for windows and doors at our new home Their pricing is so much better than other companies who start with a stupidity high price then applying discount after discount to bring the price down to something more reasonable Global on the other hand came straight in with a brilliant price straight up this meant a lot to us as for the fitting Mark and Finley started on time covered all our carpets up and fitted everything to a great finish and cleared everything away after. Mark even sorted out our sticking French doors as well! Super happy

Friendly staff from first visit to completion. Very happy with the doors and windows. And a local firm.

5* but glass fanlight over one door not cleaned properly, there were smears. Small thing
