@AlMosaferarksa you have one of the worst customer service....i have been in a state to cancel my ticket and have been waiting on phone for hours and your CS agent tells me that we have high volume and we cannot help you to cancel. Is this my problem if you have high volume... one of the worst airlines service agent.

Never go with them to book your ticket they are fraud and spam.

Don't make the same mistake I did. It's a comlete waste of money and time. I purchased a ticket through Almosafer. After a week or so the flight was canceled because of the COVID travel restrictions. I spent more than 2 days to figure out how to cancel the ticket and get refunded. I had to wait sometimes almost an hour to get help from "human agent" through phone but never got any responses. The most unfortunate thing is, I spent a lot of money on money just waiting someone on their side to help but never happened. I emailed several times and got a reply after days mentioning that I have to talk to the airlines not them to cancel the flight and get refunded. After contacting airlines, I came to know that they couldn't do anything for the tickets purchased online through other travel agencies.
I hated this hide and seek between the travel agencies and the airlines in expense of customer livelihood.

Bad service and since three months i did not receive my refund amount

worst company ever! My flight was canceled due to COVID-19 and the airlines gave them credit and they refused to give it to me.

almosafer.com-Fraud Company- avoid booking with them at any cost,had a very bad experience with their support for my booking for flight cancellation done by airlines due to lockdown, and its very clearly mentioned in the airline site the refund voucher valid for 12 months will be given to the passengers effected with the covid 19 flight cancellation by airlines and it has to be requested by the travel company booked to contact with the airlines.
unfortunately after 1 month of many correspondence follow ups with almosafer by emails and calls, each time they give different reasons to avoid the refund or date change.
today i was surprised to see their email as below which is so pathetic and unprofessional for the follow up of the refund for the flight cancellation done by airlines . iam sure this company is lying and they are not just ready to share the email send by airlines as they claiming,,,its just that they just dont care or dont want to assist by simply puting the blame on airlines .. (when i checked with airlines they said very clearly you can get a voucher of same value with 12months validity to reuse but it has to be send to airlines by the travel company booked as its a travel agency booking.

Almosafer are frauds. They failed to produce my ticket on time or even within their 60 minute timeline. As a result I had to buy a new flight. I had been in touch with them incessantly to sort it out. Now they won’t even reply to my calls or complaint emails. Awful fraudulent company!

The worst staff and services you can ever deal with. I will never ever use them or recommend them. I polite and arrogant staff and customer service. Extremely bad. I'd rather pay more and deal with professionals. Stay away from them

Very poor website. I booked a ticket for Istanbul with 9 hrs hault. They changed it to 24 hrs and are not ready to assist or give alternatives.

Very poor service. Call center number dose not work and chat bout will ask you to call the call center.

Very hard to get in touch with them.

I booked apartment the photos was 100% different than the site? When I called almosafer they told me I need to deal with this. Wallah I wasted my money. They didn’t even help me. worst apps. What I want to say photos in site might not be the same in real life, be careful

Worst website ever. it's a scam
I booked a flight through this website from Beirut to Istanbul. My flight was cancelled. they didn't even inform me. I've tried to contact them several time to ask for a refund, they never replied. After 1 month, they told me that it's not their problem and that I should ask the airline company for the refund.

I booked a flight ticket very easy and got the cheapest price. Also called the customer service to check if they respond or not but they immediately responded.

PEOPLE; DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY RIP YOU OFF! AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. VIA EMAIL THEY JUST TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE HANDLING YOUR REQUEST BUT IT DOESNT REALLY HAPPEN. EVEN AFTER 28 EMAILS, I KEEP GETTING THE SAME RESPONSE. DO NOTTTT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THEM! ITS A SCAM!!

I booked flight with this web portal and experienced very bad customer support.

Due to their system glitch i faced lot of issue with passenger name and we asked to correct the issue they were not able to do it and put us on hold for long time and than disconnect the line.

This is my 4th booking with them and now its last i will never confirm any service with them.

I booked a hotel with this company. They are cheating and laying
I paid for a room extra money. When I came to the hotel they told me we don’t have such a room

I booked an airline ticket through this company. Within 24 hours I realized I needed a flight one day later and emailed them. They took days to respond, but said they could do it if I emailed them certain information. I emailed them immediately, and they did not respond. I emailed two days later and they asked for the same information that I had already emailed two days before. They then sent me a link to pay for the change, and the link did not work. Several emails later they told me there were no seats on the flight I had requested and two days later that there were no seats for entire week. Do not book with them. Pay an extra 50$ and book with a company who can efficiently handle the needs of travelers in 2019.

I made a reservation for my family from be lebanon to Riyadh via this company , but when boarding they gave them different distributed seats !!! In spite of my selection during the reservation .

This is the worst service ever to get someone to reply to a reservation made. Good luck trying to get your money back or modify your reservation. All what they will ask you is send an email that no one will see or even read till you get tired and give up.!!!
