Sent me a faulty item and an incorrect item. Refused to send me a prepaid label to return them. They are legally responsible to cover the cost of the return under Consumer Rights Act 2015. Very dissappointing customer experience. Would not recommend. Unprofessional.

Less than 1 star

Less than 1 star. Beware it’s a scam. Trade under orthoshoes advertising leather footwear. Cheap and nasty plastic is delivered. No return receipt and customer service is non existent . Orthoshoes advertise using PB and Instagram. Advert is very professional it its delivery and I believed it to be in the UK. Scam from China. Glad I didn’t use my bank details directly at payment

Do yourself a favour DO NOT buy…

Do yourself a favour DO NOT buy anything from these Chinese con artists.
26 days from payment till despatch for a cheap piece of mass produced jewellery.
Told me fours days before that it was already on its way- so I couldn't cancel- LIES. Their own tracking showed it hadn't left.
36 days before the piece( by now already cancelled) was shoved through a letter box in a padded bag that probably weighs more than the pendant. Can't be sure, I'm not opening while I await uplift.

The marketing blurb wasn't worth the cost of advertising.

I repeat Do Not Use, you could buy better at a third of the price on a market stall.

These shoes are a complete sham....the leather is so thin, it isn't supportive at all. The construction is
terrible, and they came wrinkled and not at all as good as the picture that tricked me into buying. Also, I did not know they were made in China, and shipped from there....it took weeks, and then finally the sad condition they are in.

What a horrible company

What a horrible company. They shorted a special needs person, part of an order, then refused to send that specific part forward.

Wish I could rate them with zero stars.

This is a scam company selling inferior products at inflated prices. I tried to return a defective children's pool and been receiving only a run-around. their customer service rep even asked me if I had properly inflated the pool only problem is the pool is not one you inflate. Save you money and stay away from this company.

Scam business

Wrong product, defective product. Tried to return to store, Walmart would not let me even though the site says you can. Contacted Joybuy and they denied return!
Run, Run as fast as you can, DO NOT do business with this company!

Worst Ever

(update: now officially 1 month since I ordered, still no update from CS, they claimed to have re-shipped the package, yet when you google the tracking number they provided, it shows that only the label has been created and nothing else -- joybuy --- why don't you change your sitename to JoyHustle.com instead)

(update 2: 40 days later, my order mysteriously got cancelled, no notice, no communication, just cancelled -- SO EVERYONE'S BEEN LYING TO ME ALL ALONG TELLING ME THAT THE PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED OUT WEEKS AGO BLAH BLAH BLAH...AND WHAT'S WORST? I DON'T SEE A REFUND IN MY CC ACCOUNT!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!)

wow, can i give it no stars?
perfect example of SH1TTY @SS CHINESE SITES TRYING TO DO BUSINESS ABROAD --- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (NONE, UNLESS YOU LIKE CLUELESS RET@RDS TELLING YOU TO BE PATIENT AND JUST WAIT PERPETUALLY)

yet, these f#ckers charge your CC RIGHT AWAY! no refund policy, instead they tell you to "please reject the package", yeah, if i get the sh$& delivered at all!

stay away, learn from my example, just stay away from these Chinese companies
