⚠️ WARNING: MISLEADING SALES TACTICS & LACK OF TRANSPARENCY

STAY AWAY if you expect honest medical consultation. My experience at PPEUM Myeongdong was a highly commercialized "factory-style" sales pitch rather than professional care.
• The Bait-and-Switch: I asked for a simple Aqua Cleansing, but was pressured into a 290,000 KRW "Facial."

• The Tactic: My credit card was processed in extreme haste before I was ever shown an itemized bill. Only later did I discover I wasn't paying for a medical treatment, but was forced to buy a bulk set of house-brand products I never asked for.

• Zero Ethics: The focus of sales consultant (Lee Seong Min) was entirely on maximum profit and upselling, completely ignoring my initial needs and medical needs.

Review Manipulation: Inside the clinic, they openly advertise gifts or free treatments in exchange for 5-star Google reviews. This explains the high rating despite their unethical practices. Do not trust the 5-star ratings here; they are literally bought.

The Translator Tactic: The consultation was handled through a translator, which felt like a deliberate strategy to create confusion. The constant back-and-forth created a time lag that made it impossible to follow the details clearly. I felt overwhelmed and pressured because the communication was intentionally indirect and intransparent.

This is the worst example of predatory tourism business I have seen. Do yourself a favor, save your money and go to a reputable clinic! I have documented receipts to prove this experience!
