Shipping was fast and the packet was in my hands in Finland in a couple of days.

Ordered for over 300$ worth of goods and shipping,
Then I got an email saying order was cancelled, “cause they can’t ship all items” and I will get a refund, now I’m waiting for refund... unable to make another purchase elsewhere cause my money is now stuck :)

At least they reply when I asked them why my order was cancelled that’s why I gave them more stars.

Return policy leaves the customer completely on his/her own for arranging the return of the goods. No return stickers provided. In my case cost of sending the goods back was prohibitive. Customer service would not care. Would not recommend buying anything unless 100% certain that you will not need to return anything back.

I ordered 5 items and received only 3, no explanation by customer service but instruction to send the 3 I received (and payed for all 5) back. Like that is going to solve anything.....? Probably loose even those....)

I ordered tennis shoes from Tennis-Point that were marked 83.96€ with taxes included. I made a quick checkout and did not noticed at once that the final price, that included shipping costs, had 19% of taxes added to the 83.90€. As soon the order summary arrived at my email I saw the mistake and sent one email to Tennis Point saying that they were wrong and asked them to correct the problem. They answered quickly but incorrectly so I sent another email at 31/08 detailing the price without taxes (70,56) and the tax (13.40), that added gives the 83.96€ as advertised. It is now 07/09 and no answer to my emails and no reimbursement of the 15.95€ that they charged incorrectly. Once I read other reviews I only can conclude that they are a company without ethics.
I will continue to post at other sites this fraudulent behavior until they correct the problem UPDATE - I sent them at my first email the page with the 83.96€ price, when I ordered the shoes, but I have seen few minutes ago that they increased the shoes price to 94.90€. If it was a mistake from them, I have no responsibilities about that and once I bought the 83.96 shoes they must assume the error. After seeing this correction at the site I changed the word "Fraudulent" at the title to "Very Bad"

No communication at all... they sent me an item with a complete different color from the one I ordered.

Sent 2 emails, 8 days later no reply!

Try to call 3 or 4 times, no one answered the phone...

Received items a couple of days later than they were originally promised. Items didn't fit, but there's no return label for customers in Ireland. But there is label for customers in UK. No mention of this on their website, which makes it look like returns are free if you use the return label (which you can't have access to in Ireland).
Mis-leading at best, but possibly unlawful
