The Tech Pro

Big shoutout to Liam for setting up our Wi-Fi. Not only did he get everything working perfectly, but he also took the time to explain how to manage the settings and ensured we had a strong signal in every room. Really professional and friendly service.it's rare to find someone so thorough!

Slow response time and no help resolving issue.

Global 4 took over our domain contract from Nasstar early this year and since do not seem to be able to resolve any issues. Bailey is always quick to respond to my emails but Global 4 support take forever to raise a ticket and then nothing seems to happen. My domain now no longer links to the website and Global 4 do not appear to be able to change my name savers and resolve this. Our website has been down for weeks now with no updates or progress. The only apparent way to fix this is to pay over £300 and have a 10 year contract. Instead I will be moving my domain away to GoDaddy for better service and an actually helpful 24 hour customer service line.

Internet Speed Issues - Fantastic Service

Joshua attended our office today to resolve an issue with our internet speed. He responded quickly after the job was logged and provided excellent service throughout his visit.

Rather than offering a quick fix, he took the time to identify and resolve the root cause of the problem, ensuring everything was working properly before leaving.

He was polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. This is the best service we have received from Gemini in quite some time! Thank you, Joshua!

Excellent - especially if you get Jamaal!

Global4 tech support were excellent. Well, I cannot speak for everyone, as I only interacted with one person - Jamaal Glanville - but if everyone is like him, you are VERY lucky.
Why, well first off: Excellent communication. Jamaal was really clear and helpful to understand, even if you are not technically-minded. He was also proactive in offering ideas and where / how to help. I find this SO rare these days dealing with any sort of help desk or support, so this was a massive help.
Jamaal also fixed my problem and responded really quickly, and was really calm and personable too. You can't ask for more than that.
I hope you get him if you need Global4 help. TBH though, I do find Global4 communicate well and clearly in emails and on their website, so perhaps it is just a really good company.

Tony James from Global 4 provided…

Tony James from Global 4 provided excellent service today. He came in and quickly sorted out our computers, phones, and Word issues with great efficiency. His knowledge and professionalism were clear throughout, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Everything now seems to be running smoothly thanks to his help.

We also received remote helpdesk support from James, who was equally helpful and responsive. His assistance ensured everything was resolved quickly without any disruption.

I would highly recommend Tony and the team for any IT support needs.
