It was a really horrible experience, I can't encourage anyone to deposit with them, they took me through vicious cycle when i asked for withdrawal, submitted my ID and other documentation required but they never accepted i don't know why but i was able to figure something was off, i came on here and saw the reviews, i had to keep finding a way to get all my 11,750 back as i was sure they were not going to pay the profits because they are complete sharks as they went mute and stopped responding to me.

For months, they didn't pay out, didn't respond to my mails, I notified fca but the shocking news is they is not regulated here and not regulated anywhere, it's hard to call them to order, I sent mails for over two weeks telling them to close account, keep the profits and refund all my money but no response too, I had to keep searching till i saw about Rlbstonfniance and their intervention for others in similar predicament, submitted my case and they issued fierce disputes against Globalbase after evaluating my case. It took four weeks of dispute before Globalbase responded, then they slowed down the proceeding but eventually refunded the 11,750.

I hope others with similar experiences get their money back too and anyone trying to invest with Globalbase learns from the multitude of genuine reviews here. I won't encourage anyone to do anything with them. Don't let them ruin you, they almost ruined mine.

After giving my review, they came here to say they will respond to me, till today they have not done anything, rather, the money in my account wallet, they take $99 out of it every month. I have requested a callback but none of them call me.

I have $677.14 left in my account balance, Trust pilot, please advise them to pay me the rest money in the account balance.

Don't trust them there is no way of getting your money back I have tried and tried to no avail

Isnt it just amazing how Global base only comments on those suckers that comment on how good their platform is. This is because these people have not yet tried to withdraw their funds.. I deposited the initial $250 and put it through the normal hoops to see if it was legit back in May. Initially with Max Jevones. It all seemed to work ok but found Max very hard to understand. In steps Veronica Johnson who is what I classify as a FIGJAM. Very arrogant but in all fairness she turned my $13k Aud in to 36k USD by October. Due to her aggressive approach and lack of Transparency I asked her to hand me on to another Account Manager. She handed me back to Max. I asked Max a very simple question: Do I need your permission to withdraw funds. He could not answer me and so I said I wanted to close my account and withdraw all my money, to which he then handed me over to a smiling assassin called Kevin Goldman. As I am not completely Trade savvy this man got me to Trade every cent I had on a hunch and I lost the lot in minutes. 50k Aud gone in a flash. These guys are worst then Banks. At least you dont have to have the banks approval and be told all the reasons under the sun why you cannot withdraw your funds. Think about it folks. This Company is not a Bank and their Website which you log in to is in their control. It reflects Balance and Equity but believe me you are not in control. As long as your money stays in their account they must be using it. Why else is there such a problem to withdraw it. Im totally disgusted with the way this Company allows there people to have a free rein and do what they want. If I lost 50k with my Company Im sacked on the spot. Instead big hearted Kev tells me I can call him all the names under the sun because he stuffed up. Put it to the test people and see what happens. Would love to hear from someone who has not had a problem withdrawing from this Company.

Update on 28/11/2021

Tried to withdrawal my money in Globalbase's account and got decllined for 4 times. No reasons, nothing to confirm, just refused your withdrawal requests. There is no terms in their T&C stating I can not withdrawal MY MONEY, but they just don't approve your requests. This is also the doggy part with this website, which they need to approve YOUR MONEY to withdrawal back to yourself, think about it!!!

During my communications with their account managers, I was told there are many British people are answering their calls and using them as an agent to treat Cryptocurrencies, so I hope people can read this review before answering their calls or tranfering your hard earned money to those criminals, YOU WILL LOSS THEM ALL with Globalbase.io, DO NOT use them!!!

I want to share my experience with Globalbase.io after two months dealing with them.

My experience was awful by dealing with those criminals. They set up traps to get your money out of you and make them lost from your trading account. When you realised their cheating activities, and trying to withdrawal your money back, then that was impossible. As they would need to approve your withdrawal and this will never happened. You can understand here, it is your money which in your account but why Globalbase needs to approve withdrawals.

Everything they said is a lie, do not trust them. I hope some people could see this review before they answering Globalbase's call, and don't follow my steps.

You will never get your money back from Globalbase.io, as they have millions ways to cheat you and all your time would spending on chasing them to get the money back which will never happened.

This is a well organised criminal group and set up their office in a foreign country, only targetting to English speaking country's people.

Stay away from them!!!

Update (see previous review headed 'Liars'). So I have requested to withdraw my money, I uploaded my ID and recent utility bill, but it was still rejected.
I have emailed customer support twice, nothing, tried the automated web chat and they have no phone number. The only reply I have had is to my previous review on Trustpilot!!!

Using this company only opens you up to scams and spam, nothing else. I have come to the point where i might just have to write the money off and admit to myself that I have been ripped off.

Hi there, I made the huge mistake to register my details with Globalbase and now the phone calls are non-stop the whole day with the same bla,bla,bla it’s a tremendous harassment and I’m just trying to recover from Covid but it seems impossible with this phone calls! Can Globalbase base please remove my name Benjamin Sanchez from their data before they kill me with this sort of harassment? I can’t take it anymore!
