Bought logo and website package, didn’t deliver, they say they called didn’t answer, emailed them scheduled a day and time never heard back since July 23 2024

Unfortunately we did not check the reviews which would have saved us time and money! Paid for website and hosting. We saw nothing only delays and problems and zero website! This Company is a Scammer!

Rubbish!! They will take your money give you a timeframe to finish website and you will see nothing but problems! You will also not see your website! This is a big Scam!! They are extremely unprofessional! Never answering there phones in business hours! You will get a full run around? This is not good web practices?

Scammers they ask for money for everything pay them there price to only have them come up with more make believe fees that they state is in printing they tag your devices and chat won’t work if you complained they are scammers

Do not use this company. Please trust us, after spending around $3000 they have held our website hostage and after promising to give us complete control and access…with a written letter as well. ( we have a copy) they denied us that and have not kept their promise. We can no longer use our website, they’re a bunch of crooks. We lost money that we will never get back. It’s so frustrating that companies like this can get away with it. Yes they did some work for us but over all…100% garbage and very very disappointing. If you want proof, we have lots of emails and text, they’re very corrupt. Also, they had the nerve to call us back and offer to do more fixes on our website, for more money lol. We have the texts lol. Do yourself a favour and delete them. Look the other way. Yeah, my wife and I are very upset.

Don't be fooled by their website; these people are con artists and scammers. Demands for additional funds were relentless... in the end, the website they delivered was nothing more than a basic template that was useless.

Where to even start. We were promised 2 websites with Amazon stores by their rep Daniel who took $7500. We were promised fully compliant websites. This was the beginning of April 2023. It is now mid July 2023. We have continually told them the product they provided was wrong and each time they try to sell us more work. They have yet to deliver a single website or store. Now they are harassing us and threatening us nonstop. We have asked for our money back since they're own website has a money back guarantee. Please run to an actual local business and away from this pack of scam artists.

First off, I'm unhappy with myself for not doing a better job of vetting this operation - thought I did. They sold me on what I wanted to hear, but it's a complete scam. What I have is an $800 Wordpress template of a blog, not the actual media CMS site that they were supposed to be working on for $2,500. That's actually a decent price if they had done what they sold me on, but they did not. And the main contact Matt - yes he's got the India accent - was just interested in the finance part. The actual website design and production was impressive for about two days, then it hit as being just a simple template that they never did anything to upgrade other than change a couple photos I sent their way. A complete scam. Do not use this company. Check their website for the money back guarantee. They are not refunding me anything - so feel crappy about myself not doing a better job. But, only got scammed out of $800. Part of the down side of capitalism.

WARNING ⚠️ I Strongly believe there is something Shady about this company. A guy with a name William contacted me. We discussed about a website that I needed help with.
He said I have to pay the full price right away. I insisted to pay only half cuz the way he was urging me was scary.
After I paid the half price , he transferred me to a guy called Matt. Let me be real here, I strongly believe this are fake names. They all have strong Indian accent but they all say their names are, Matt , William or David.
Mat” called me and he also asked me for, how much my budget is and if he can also sell me other services.
I forwarded him with the information of the website and told him this is all I need and I need it ASAP.
For your surprise, Matt have asked me for different kinds of payment several times, he sends me payment portal, which I have actually had to block and change my credit card out of caution.

While I am waiting to hear about the progress of my website, some one who called him self David “ (again this guy is Indian he barely speaks English. But his name is David. He calls me saying he is a manager at Global designs and demand for remaining payment.
I called my initial contact “William and the web designer Matt “ and asked if they knew a manager with a name David. They both said they didn’t know who he is. But this guy has all my information. I paid $250 and agreed to pay the rest when they finish the job. Now I just lost my $250 and told them that is all they can scam me.

I strongly believe they all work in collaboration SCAMMING PEOPLE.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TRUST THIS COMPANY. ITS NOT REAL AT ALL.
