Very bad reservation experience with Globalduniya, finally lost a lot of time and nerves and could not go for the tour.
Some details: on 24.07.2023 I've chosen a Canadian Rockies 3 days tour operated by Globalduniya for October 2023 on the Tourradar site. The booking system allowed me to book the tour for a solo traveller with a small extra cost. I've got an immediate firm tour confirmation from Tourradar. My credit card was charged by 20% of the tour cost at the time of booking and the rest up to total tour cost was debited on 04.08.2023. On 05.08.2023 Globalduniya wrought me, informing that this is a private tour and they don't take solo travellers. They proposed me to pay a slightly discounted cost of tour for the second person, which I've declined immediately and asked for refund. Globalduniya kept silence during 1 week. On 13.05.2023 I've formally cancelled this booking myself, although it was neither my fault nor intention, and explicitly asked Tourradar for help.
To the Tourradar's honour I must admit that they contacted me the next day in writing and by phone and assured to investigate the issue with the operator Globalduniya. After one more week they have managed to refund me in full (just lost CAD 25 on forex).
So, mixed experience: shall not recommend Globalduniya since they confirm the trips which they cannot honour and fail to communicate properly to deal with their faults;
Tourradar is ok, they have shown a capacity to deal with operator's problems, hopefully they will take measures with Globalduniya to avoid such trouble in future.
