The alerts helped us get the appointments my wife and I needed and had been unable to get during months of trying. Speed accessing your Trusted Traveler is key. It took me quite a few attempts to get first in line for the interview date, but it was worth it. My interview is booked. :-) I don't know how I could have done this without Global Entry Spotter.

I couldn’t be happier with Global Entry Spotter! I originally thought I’d have to drive all the way to Fort Pierce in December, just a week before my trip, to complete my Global Entry interview. But thanks to this tool, I was able to quickly snag an appointment at my local airport and get approved much sooner than expected! Global Entry Spotter made the process incredibly easy, saving me time, stress, and a long drive. Highly recommended for anyone trying to get their Global Entry interview scheduled sooner!

Best travel money spent! Who would have ever thought there were so many appointments that become available each day.

Most difficult form have ever tried to fill out. hours of work and finally come to the end with everything filled out and approved and cannot go forward to finish. No reason why. Again, 3 times went over the application and cannot contine.

Once I signed up I got multiple options for an appointment every day. I was able get an appointment within 10 days of signing up .

Not very helpful. It takes you to the convoluted login process within TSA's site, and by the time you go through all those gyrations, the appointment has already been taken.

We were trying to book two interviews for a flight that was not scheduled for five months with no luck at our destination airport. It was taking hours to go through days and days without appointments. Once I signed on for Global Entry Spotter I received immediate notifications of available appointments. I kept monitoring the alerts until I was able to identify and schedule two appointments for my husband and me 15 minutes apart on the same day. It only took about a week. I also had not realized that weekend appointments were available.

I truly appreciated the function that showed the chances of getting appointments at different sites. That helped me triage the locations I wanted to track. I looked at other services-- this one was for an unlimited amount of time.
I appreciated the money back guarantee although I will not be using it as we are completely satisfied with the service.
One hint-- appointments do go fast, so if you can keep a browser open with a link to the globalentry.gov website you can act quickly to secure your appointment.

I would not have gotten an appointment without this service. It was well worth the minimal cost.

Let me start by saying appointments open up the first Monday of the month at 9am and that’s the best time to try to get one. However, if you miss that window and live in one of the more difficult cities (Charlotte, Nashville, Tampa) this app is clutch. You have to be quick on the draw when you get that text because they disappear fast, but if you want it bad enough, you’ll get it. I highly recommend.
