Stay away at all costs. They scammed me out of 12k for a bird. No insurance refund or bird delivered. They send you numerous requests to wire more and more money with promise of refund on delivery. Reported to BBB.
It's fake, the phone number doesn't exist, the address is fake, after you pay, they send you an email with a fake shipping company, they make you send more money that they supposedly will be paid back when the bird arrives. It's fake, you won't receive the bird or any money refund.

SCAM only payment options are paypal and zelle. Tried to pay them through paypal they weren't accepting payments. Was communicating instant messaging, sent a zelle payment, provided screenshot per their request and sent it to multiple email addresses, one person said they received it, and it will be shipped, another person said they did not receive the payment. I stated it was a scam, they stated it is not and it's my fault because I sent the payment. I told them I will have the bank start an investigation and report them to BBB. The person stated "okay." They did not try to rectify the problem or anything. So sad. FAKE, FAKE, FAKE, FAKE.

Do not buy anything from this company they are a scam they took $169 from me did not send me a receipt and they refused to answer me on any of their messages when I asked them a question they did not answer me and then when I went through PayPal like they asked they took the money so do not send them any money and do not go through PayPal
