For over a year, I had been asking my bank for a top-up on my loan to carry out renovations at home. I had made multiple requests and submissions online and personally with the banking consultant, but each time they were declined, despite having been a customer with the same bank for over 15 years. I had even reached out to other banks, but had no luck. I had been hearing about Global Finance over the radio, so I thought I would try them. From the time of the call, they were very interested in helping me out. I met with them personally, filled out the necessary documents, and within a few weeks, my loan was approved with my own bank with more than what I had asked for and some terms and conditions, but they were all in my favour.
