Company is a PONZI, do not invest your money and if you have lost, it's better to go after them or start a case before it gets totally out of hand. I feel so ashamed because I let the promises big profits to get me into almost losing my life savings and money belonging to the family business.
I have been enlightened, this is how these people do, give false hopes and hold their victims down and then go on to scam more people. Same happened with the FTX situation where billions of dollars got stolen by one man while he lavished, the victims suffer and this is exactly what is playing out. I tried to get all i invested amount out, i don't even want the gains on it but nothing came in nothing worked. It was a clearly thought out scheme, so no amount of promises or profits they make is real, it's all to steal from you. Beware! Thinking of what the outcome would be with the family business made me seek ways to rectify at least. To recover all I had put in THIS SCAM
I had to notify and work closely with, CONQUAERO . CO... presented all documentation. Legal proceeding started 23RD May. This was successful and all *******pounds is returned.
The gains displayed by GLOBALFOREXCAPITAL are not real.

Scam company. I had just bought a $500,000 challenge account from them. Whilst trading it their trading platform stopped working, I was removed from their Discord (or maybe they deleted their server) and now their website doesn't work anymore. They must have gone bankrupt.

I bought an account R-4346 from them five months ago, and it has been more 100 days since the first transaction, but I still haven't received the money from the profits that I requested to be withdrawn. They don't respond to ticket 1431 regarding the withdrawal. Today I logged in with my username and there is no history, no account, just empty fields. I haven't received a single response to my emails from the company. I paid them the amount due and did not receive responses to my tickets. They removed me from Discord...

After placing payout they not only responded for 2 weeks but blocked immidietly for requesting payout status in discord , and even blocked all my accounts , GFx trader login and dashboard access , they only want people who come and pay for their account and loose , After 1 month I received a email that it's a technical glitch but they are still taking up new traders in their firm daily , it's not fair to totally delete all the accounts without even telling a reason ,
Please please don't trust this number one cheating firm for ever they give flash discount only to earn from you, not let you earn
I am feeling bad that I atleast need to give them 1 star , save your money ,save your time , let God teach them a lesson for cheating people

I was enjoying my experience with Global Forex Capital until 30 Sept. However, from that time I have been unable to login to the platform to trade. There was some initial correspondence with the Support team which after a few days stopped. There was general concern about this on Discord but the support team responses there also stopped at a similar time. Now on 9 Oct I am still unable to login to the platform to trade. I expressed concern on Discord that they may have disappeared (gone under) but I hoped that was not the case. Less than an hour later I was no longer a member of their discord community... so I obviously hit a nerve. Even if they are not having financial issues but just issues with their platform, the communication has been disappointing. If the platform does become available again I dont know if I would bother trading the challenge account as this outage is not the first time this year it has happened.

Haven't been able to trade with the login dashboard showing "This service is temporarily suspended
" for more than a week now. Support isn't replying either and i got banned from their discord without reason maybe they just disliked the fact i was on it. Support email from a week ago is still being ignored. Sent 2 other support questions again today. Nothing.

1. They will never respond to customer complaints. Only Email I ever got from them was when I could not complete my purchase of one of their programs.
2. Their system goes offline anytime, no warning no apologies, No communication. You're suddenly locked out of you trading account for days at a time. Writing this on 1st Oct 2025, locked out for 5days now. No response to any of my complaints.
3. If you pass it will be about 5 to 7days before you get your contract. After much complaint!
4. Payouts are a nightmare! They get withheld most times and if you're lucky you get them after waiting for AGES.
5. Bonus: The SUPPORT feature on the DASHBOARD doesn't work. You'll never get response through that!
Conclusion: They're the most unprofessional Prop firm I've ever encountered. If you've not bought an account, DONT BOTHER, Go look elsewhere.

A complete scam. I requested two withdrawals over a month ago and still haven't received a response. I sent an email and all they replied was that I have to wait. It's been over three weeks since they last replied, and they haven't even given me a reason. I've complied with all the rules and, with a lot of sacrifice, I've passed the two-phase test to be funded, and even so, they haven't paid or replied.

This Company has the best trading conditions for traders and the price is really affordable. If this company is able to pay fast, easily can be the top 5 propfirm companies. I've submitted my first withdrawal on the 23rd September and let's see if they can process it fast. Will update asap when they process my withdrawal.

It's been me that you don't answer me or examine my account. With nice words on Trustpilot. If you refuse a withdrawal you should have all the evidence the real prop firms do. If you make a violation on the account we give you an email with all the evidence that you violate on the account and it's over. You refuse payments without evidence by saying that ip addresses all the problems here are the ip address 28 or 19 or 26 do you think we don't know rules to receive payments? Stop stealing innocent traders. We are not made of Trading to play. For that we must respect them and have our money and with all this you refuse to pay without any proof. In this case refund my money and then it's over. And stop stealing the innocents it's mean of you

I have made second payout and still not get the mail of confirmation and still not the update on my first patout. No reply and support from GFX. Very disappointed on this time. If I will paid or not?????

After I cleared the evaluation phase, they didn't send the master account details. It's been more than seven days, and they haven't even responded to the emails.

This prop firm is a scam ,They will never pay your withdrawal I have 3 pending withdraw since April 2025 even today I'm still waiting and they lack communication.Stay away from this prop firm scammers

I wish I could give them 0 or negative stars. They respond to you before buying the plan. When you start making the profits, their reponse slows down and when you request the payout, they completly stop responding.

I submitted my withdrawal request on 8/17/2025 and have not received any response or payment yet.

DON'T BUY THEIR PLAN! THEY ARE A SCAM!

This company is full SCAM. I bought a lot of challenge account even failed I bought other until passed 2 accounts. I request 10,000$ first payout they take long time up to one month and then they denied my payout said about IP address, I use a BOT many things the same as other person told them. I confirmed this is big SCAM. Go away don't waste time here you will cry. The problem of this firm start when you request payout. Also they blocked you in discord community when ask about your payout. They don't want to know others that are not paid.

They will not give the profit share, cheaters. I have 2 payment request pending to process, it’s been more than 4 months now. Don’t waste your money and time.

Fraud and be aware so don’t waste your harden money.
