Untrustworthy Company with Poor Customer Service ( they delete one stars)
I am extremely disappointed with this company. They initially confirmed that they would refund my money, but I have yet to receive any refund despite their assurances. Their high fees for a UK ETA application are unacceptable — I understand I could have researched the market better, but this is still outrageous.
Additionally, there are no order confirmations, so you never really know who you are dealing with. The worst part is that they promise to process refunds and then simply disappear without any further contact. Because of their untrustworthiness, we have decided not to use their ETA service at all.
If I could give less than one star, I would. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. Stay away!

Felt more like a sales pitch than a proper consultation. The agent seemed more interested in upselling package than helping with my immigration questions. Some advice was helpful, but I wouldn't use them again.
