I have been dealing with Globalpayments for over 10 years.
After selling my business and starting a new one I decided to continue with them With setting up a new account as they suggested.
The complete process was a shamble. The account manager was unprofessional with no knowledge ,inexperience and totally useless.
I was told as an exiting customer my new account will be switched over with minimum minimum interruption . It took nearly a month. No reply to my calls. I finally complained and asked my account to be closed .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN AVOID IT .
I called Tyl with Natwest and with 48 hours my account was up and running.

Charlie was brilliant to deal with, he didn't mess about giving me different quotes, he was straight to the point with the best price he could give, he didn't hassle me with calls or emails to get me to sign up. I contacted Global Payments to change my account to a new company, Charlie Sweeney completed the transfer in a couple of days and offered a better deal than I previously had, excellent service and seamless transfer, highly recommended.

I closed my account with them and instead of closing it the month after like it was stated in their email, they closed it instantly. They still owed me money and it took ages to have it back. After that they removed money from my account for a made up reason. And on top of that, they continued charging me fees the month after even thought my account was CLOSED. I should have had my bank restrict that company from taking money from my account because they are fraudsters.

Update: 5 days on and provided additional info still no resolution!
We cancelled our Global Payments terminal and kept only the “Pay by Link” and website payment options. Despite booking several collections, no one has ever collected our terminal — it’s still sitting here waiting for them.
Now, Global Payments have issued two invoices totalling £900, claiming we had two terminals, even though we only ever had one. To make things worse, I called Service Logistics | Payment Terminal Management on the number Global Payments gave me, was placed on hold, and then the call was disconnected.
This is absolutely shocking service. We’ve done everything correctly and yet have been overcharged for equipment that Global Payments failed to collect. It feels like a complete scam to charge customers for their own mistakes.
Avoid this company getting simple issues resolved seems impossible.

Total corruption. Will never use again.
I paid and they got it to test it, some R.Weis wrote me to give her all my documents to her, and now after 10 days from the day I sent it still have no my money back. Hope I will get my money back anytime soon. but however never again
