If you want a high quality of service, their professionalism is highly valued. I was referred to them through someone who has dealt with them to help me getting a Nigerian passport after doing NIN through them. Infact i had my Nigerian passport less than 24 hours of doing the biometrics. They will keep you posted on every steps and the transparency in every aspects. Thanks to the CEO and Akash who was so helpful whenever I requested for any information.

I stumbled upon Global Plug Services online during a moment of sheer desperation—I needed a passport urgently, and returning to Nigeria simply wasn’t an option. At first, I was filled with doubt and anxiety, questioning whether this could all be a scam. But to my immense relief, Akash, Bali, and their dedicated team came through for me in ways I hadn’t imagined possible. They miraculously managed to renew my passport remotely in 2 weeks, a feat that felt almost impossible since the Nigerian embassy here doesn't handle passports.
