I urgently needed to renew my passport, so I reached out to a community on WhatsApp for recommendations. Someone suggested Global Plug Services, and I decided to give them a try. From the start, Mr. Bamidele and Akhash were honest and extremely helpful. They guided me through the entire process, and I was able to do my biometrics yesterday and get my passport delivered just before 1 pm today. I was introduced to the organisation by a friend who vouched for them, and since then my direct relationship with them has been nothing short of what she said...
They have got good customer relationship, patient, respectful, professional and trustworthy. They assisted me right from the very start, the application filling, payment, sending me regular updates and reminders as my biometric date approaches, called me on the morning of my biometrics, made sure I was with all necessary documents and as soon as i finished, called to check up on me and continued with the follow up till i got my document the following day, as fast as possible.

Excellent service - I used this for my passport application having used them previously for my NIN application and verification I knew it was a service I could trust. Well mine was a different passport service as there was a typo on my name I needed correcting and they advised they can help and it was great- I left the online passport application process in their hands and I went with the documents to the passport office. They were there each step of the way and I appreciated their professionalism, courtesy, and patience (with me) too. I was told it would take longer than the usual passport service and this helped set my expectation as I knew in advance. I am really happy with them and will use again and again.

Got NIN for my children done in 30 Mins. Only needed to go into their office as this was a requirement to have their biomectics done. Everything was done online and over the phone.
Akhash was very helpful, told me exactly all the documents I would need and made the whole process painless.
