Came through when it mattered
Received patches for caps 1 1/2 weeks before I needed them for an event and was not happy with the quality of one set of them. After discussing the issue with Global Punching, they apologized for sub-par quality and remade the patches no question. They worked to get them to me in time to apply to caps for my event. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Bad business etiquette.
This company is fishing for business with e-mails stating that we've had a "short conversation with you over the phone and you told me that you'll give us a try with your digitizing." This is not true and I can only assume it's an attempt to deceive.
It is not recommended to try and start a business relationship on a lie.
