After reviewing the tracking details, we confirm that the carrier (UPS) was unable to deliver the package to us. We also cross-checked our security camera footage and can confidently verify that no incoming shipment was received at our facility.
Therefore, a formal claim has been filed, and the carrier has issued a full refund to the seller. Your refund will be provided to you by the seller

Fraudulent Shipping Quote - Account SN-77575

Dear Global Shopaholics Team,
I am contacting you regarding my consolidation from February 5th. Your live chat agent informed me that my shipping fee is over $1500 and requested payment via bank transfer.
This quote is demonstrably false and fraudulent. Based on the weight and dimensions of my packages (including item 3347581775), the shipping cost should not exceed $300.
I demand:
An immediate correction of the shipping fee to the actual market rate.
The activation of the credit card payment method, as the real value is well below the $1500 threshold.
If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and initiate a legal dispute through my bank for "Service Not Provided" and attempted overcharging.

They are always very helpful and…

They are always very helpful and extremely quick to answer questions; I don't think I've ever seen support so fast in responding to questions. Thank you very much for your services. One suggestion for improvement: the images taken after consolidating the packages are sometimes not so good, but it's nothing that bothers me too much. The Gs are great.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company; I don't recommend working with them. They lost my funds and don't respond to my messages via chat or phone. Their service is terrible and their treatment is awful. They are frauds and haven't resolved my problem to this day.

Don’t use assisted purchase!

“I recently used Global Shopaholics for package forwarding from the US, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Initially, I tried to have items shipped directly from Dillard’s to their facility, but Dillard’s does not ship to Global Shopaholics. This forced me to use their assisted purchase service, which came with additional fees and unexpected bank charges. Moreover, the operating hours of Global Shopaholics were inconvenient for someone ordering from outside the US, making communication difficult. After placing my order, I waited several days, only for it to be canceled at the last minute, leaving me without the items I needed. Overall, the process was frustrating, not transparent, and not customer-friendly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.”

I highly recommend it, so I'm giving it 5 stars.

I used to use shipito but due to the exorbitant freight prices, I decided to test Global Shopaholics and it has been a very good experience, I have already imported several high-value products, they have always been super polite with me whenever I have a doubt I open the chat and talk to them and in a few many they solve the error.

I highly recommend it, so I'm giving it 5 stars.

Extremely poor handling and bad…

Extremely poor handling and bad customer service, with no Arabic support and no concern for the customer’s issues. They shipped boxes in my shipment that do not belong to me, causing a delay in receiving my shipment until today, and they have not resolved my problem. They are dealing with me foolishly.

Package misplaced and system issue. Bad service

I had 2 packages delivered, one on 3rd and the other on the 4th December. I tried to get them to combine and deliver from 16th December. They keep saying that they are waiting for one of the packages when I have given proof of delivery including photos. Then they say, they found it and re-request, which I have done 5 times over and nothing happens. I have to do everything over and over again.

In some cases, carriers may deliver packages to an alternate warehouse or holding facility before they are transferred to our main processing location. Because of this, a shipment can show as delivered while it is still in transit within the carrier’s network. However, we definitely want to investigate this thoroughly for you.

• Tracking number
• Delivery confirmation or proof of delivery
• Original invoice for the item
