Breach of guidelines
They answer the question at the time, and the problem was resolved
They managed to update my order paid the payment within the established time!
My observation
This is my 2nd year using their services, they're prompt and accurate about the parcel.
They help you and allow consolidation before shipping.
Their processing time is max 2 working days, once you've cleared your identity and package receipt through their customer service.
However, they have these thing which I hope they work on, they don't send reminder mails. And if you miss their email once probably due to spam etc. You'll begin to panic and wonder what's going on with your package. Lastly, they don't compromise their policy so you just got to abide by their rules and all has been smooth for me. I hope it stays smooth because I don't have the heart for any missing or destroyed package.
Title:* Incomplete consolidation with 4 missing MacBooks – Shopa Holics ignores the issue
On *July 15, 2025*, I used the services of the forwarding company *Shopa Holics* to consolidate and ship a package containing *10 MacBook Pro laptops (2012 model)* and *3 basketballs*.
However, when I received the shipment, I discovered that *4 of the 10 MacBooks were missing*. These are high-value items that were part of the consolidation but were *simply not included in the final package*.
my identification number is SN-144554*. Since then, I have contacted Shopa Holics multiple times, but I have *not received any helpful response, explanation, or solution*.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience. The company has shown *a lack of organization, responsibility, and customer care*, even in the face of clear financial loss.
*I share this as a warning to other customers: think twice before trusting Shopa Holics with valuable items. If something goes wrong, their support might just disappear.*
I demand an urgent response and for the company to take full responsibility for this issue.

This is the biggest scam company
This is the biggest scam company in the shipment forwarding services. They managed to lose two of my shipments and they claim they didn't receive one which Amazon confirmed it was delivered with other one in the same time and the other one they admit they lost it and will refund me, but they refunded to my account not to my method of payment. They also charged me twice for the cost of shipping and took them one full week to initiate the refund process and they charged me for more weight than the real weight of the shipment, when I checked the reviews online, a lot of customers are having the same issues and they will never reply back to your email with anything that you will understand ... each time they will start asking you from the beginning about the details to make you get fed-up and lose the case

They charged me twice then they kep my package. I am emailing and whatsapping them for a week. they dont respond.
Adjusted the rating as now I have been attended to. They have provided a tracking number and arranged shipment. They are investigating the dbl charge.
Response time needs to be improved. There is a huge element of trust placed in this company with whatever you buy. its stressful to think you might lose everything.

Customer service next to useless. Take multiple days to reply, meanwhile keep charging "late" fees.
Paid via paypal, but addresses didn't match (never had that issue before, despite using multiple days before), however the transaction was "pending" so there was a hold on money in my account, so couldn't re-submit payment. Took over a week for funds to be cleared back into my account. Tried to contact numerous times, but very delayed and unhelpful responses. Ended up costing me US$9 more than it would have if had gone through on first attempt. Wasn't going to risk them destroying my stuff in an attempt to get the issue sorted, as i have no confidence that it would be, or that their customer service would work to stop it happening. Considering exchange rate etc, don't think i will be using them again.
