The sales rep sold a good game !! First I was told $1000 down would guarantee me a midline 27 foot pool , I was asked to pay $250 down then it changed to $300 down , every since I’ve been getting the run arounds , every time I call in I get the same rep , she ask for my zip code , then when I say I bet you already know my name , she hangs up , how are you a company as they say of 39 years but the same people keep answering the phone regardless of the numbers you call !! Told me I had 3 business days to cancel and haven’t been able to talk to anyone that handles that !!! 🚩 JONATHAN TAGER ‼️‼️‼️SCAM

Rude customer service
The representative hung up the phone on me when I asked for a price of a specific pool because our pool was damaged in a windstorm. Don’t waste your time with this company very rude for no reason.

I DO NOT REPEAT... DO NOT buy a pool through global sun pools or blue world, . They will withdraw funds from your account from every account with permission or not and if you have and issue with the group the "support team" are so thoughtless and literally unhelpful. They will go out of their way to say it's not their fault. After my pool was installed in my house, 7 months later, the filter broke, it didn't even last the full year to say that it was my fault and when I called they treated me super badly. But for the payment, they were very nice. I still have the problem and now the tent that goes inside has been damaged because the water has gone down, the problem is bigger and they say that it is "adequately conditioned for winter" really all they say are lies, before this pool I had one from Walmart for 5 years and it caused no problems... This is my biggest regret!

Red Flags beginning with credit check before quote
I called to request information about receiving a quote and the types of pools they offer. The person tells me in order to have a rep come out and give me a quote and show me photos they’ll need to check my credit. This is to make sure that I’m the property land owner? Which makes zero sense. I asked why would you need to check my credit when that’s public record through the county assessor? They rudely tell me “because that’s what we do”. I started to say I’m not comfortable giving that out and she hangs up on me. If that’s the type of customer service you offer before I’ve even received a quote then I’ll keep my money. This entire process is red flags don’t waste your time. I can only imagine running into problems and the type of customer service they offer after they’ve taken your money.

NO SHOW NO CALL
Made an appointment yesterday to have someone come out today and give a quote. No one showed or contacted us to let us know anything. They blow your phone up immediately after you request info and then you hear nothing.

BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
I made an appointment for today at 10:30 am. By 11 am I was wondering what was going on and why no one had been in contact with me. So I called them. The first rep I spoke to put me on hold, without telling me, and then transferred me, also without telling me. This literally happened 3 more times until I ended up with a guy in the rescheduling department who then tried to reschedule me for 5:30 pm. I asked where was the person who was originally supposed to come out and the rep said they couldn't get a hold of the guy who was supposed to be coming. At this point I was rightfully frustrated. I said I was done and then the guy just hung up on me! I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I was placed on hold and transferred AGAIN without them telling me. The next person transferred me AGAIN. This time I ended up in the rescheduling department again. I asked for a supervisor or manager and the lady said she was the manager. I told her I wanted to file a complaint. She completely disregarded this and said that my file was pending with the credit department, which makes no sense because I wasn't financing thru them. Then I tried to say again that I wasn't going to go thru them and she kept talking over me until I finally had to raise my voice and ask her to just listen to me! I told her that I had said at the very beginning of the conversation that I was calling to file a complaint. She said I didn't say that. At that point, I hung up on her. Their customer service in every single department I talked to is beyond horrible and disrespectful. It's obvious that they don't give a crap about their clients. I will NEVER go thru them. I tried to find an area on Google so I could write a review there and couldn't find a way to do that. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! If their service is this bad before I even bought or installed the pool, I don't even want to know what it would be like after they have their money.

We were so excited to get a lifetime pool, because we were so tired of the put up and take down pools . The crew that installed our pool were very professional and polite. Pool went up quickly and we have been enjoying it everyday since.

So far it has been a horrible experience. Will update if improves. I scheduled an appointments for Monday at 1:30 for a presentation. I made sure my two toddlers had care so the sales rep could have my husband and I's full attention. Not only did the representative neglect to show up but never even called to reschedule. I called back the sales department after 2 hours of being transferred to multiple departments, They apologized and said they would get information in the mail. I assumed it was email, so I called the following day to inquire about the email. After 2 hours of being transferred I got a very rude representative who apparently I was an inconvenience to Saud the information was mailed by USPS the day before. I apologized for my misunderstanding and they practically hung up on me. 7 days later I received a document from them with poorly explained instruction of pictures they needed, permits, and a legal contact. Apparently I was wrong to expect pamphlets, brochures or sales flyers. Frustrated with the whole process I called to just purchase the pool to install myself to avoid any more hassle. As difficult as sales has been I can only imagine how difficult installation would be. Come to find out that is "not allowed". I asked why can they sell a product but not offer for self installation especially with the new normal, I follow CDC guidelines for myself and my family. Now I am a little concern and my understanding of the contract is that I have to add this company as apart of my homeowner's for install.. I now wonder if there now a deeper reason that is the reason for not allowing self-installation. I am also willing to forgo any.. If there is any warranty on the pool. I wouldn't know because of the lack of information they provided me. I started this process in the middle of June to have a pool in by my son's birthday party in the middle August, I now believe that isn't going to happen. They promised to reschedule for this Monday and offer a discount.. I am not holding my breath. I have started stopping around elsewhere because I am doubtful they are going to follow through on their commitment. We will see and I will update!

When I was told someone would call me in regards to my pool, I received that phone call. During installation, the installer went over everything (which was ALOT) of information, we were told to feel free to ask anything and question anything that didnt look right. I felt good with that!
