After paying via credit card for my purchase, GTS tried to add an extra $250 in delivery charges in addition to the $170 I had already paid.
Insisting on renegotiating the price after offer and acceptance completely broke my trust of your American based operations.

I dropped off a temperature gage for repair and I was told that I would receive a call in a week to let me know if they could repair it. I tried calling them, but there is no way to get a human. One has to know the "extension of the person you want to reach," no directory, no department extension, nothing. I went back 5 weeks later just to find out that they could not repair it. When was someone going to call me?
I used them for 30 plus years for all my instrument calibration, but no mas. I found another company.

My overall experience was good, the item I bought is just what I needed and the pricing through Global Test Supply was very competitive. The only downsides of the experience were: 1 It many weeks to get the tool for whatever reason (not in stock was the answer, then these ship direct from the factory was the second reason given. There was a price change after my initial purchase because they claimed the manufacturer changed the price. It was still a good buy so I went forward with the purchase, but this was a little sketchy, and I was starting to feel like I had been scammed because of the delays, BUT Ultimately it all came together and I am happy with the deal.
