WE used Global travel & Tours in Cambodia to arranged our 3 weeks personal tour. , visiting Vietnam and Cambodia. The trip was booked through Global Travel Cambodia. Mr Ann, was extremely helpful and professional from beginning to end. He answered all our questions, offered good suggestions, and was easy to contact while we were on our trip when we want extend our few days in Hoi An. The tour guides that he assigned to our family were professional, pleasant; spoke very good English, knowledgeable. The drivers were always on time picking us up and drove very safely. The guides and drivers all gave us some handy travel tips such as how to negotiate, and always making sure that we keep our money safe from pick pockets. The accommodations were all amazing (La Siesta Hanoi, Red Dragon junk, Pilgrimage Village Hue, Boutique Resort Hoi An, Grand Hotel HCMC, the Pavilion Phnom Penh, and Shinta Mani Resort Siem Reap). All accommodations were clean, comfortable with good to excellent breakfasts. Anyways - we would highly recommend using Global Travel to arrange your vacation. We did a private tour and that was great to not have to follow any large groups and do things at our own pace. Highly recommended.

My wife and i returned from our excellent 20days private tour of Vietnam & Cambodia last November, we booked our trip through Mr Ann at Global Travel & Tours in Cambodia. Everything was fantastic. The hotels that he arranged for us were fantastic. We thought it couldn't get any better after our stay in the 'Intercontinental Westlake' in Hanoi, but all of our hotels were superb (InterContinental Hanoi Westlake, Victoria Sapa, Halong Jasmine cruise, La Residence Hue, Fusion Maia Danang, Caravelle Saigon, Sofitel Phnom Penh, Knai Bang Chat in Kep and Victoria Resort in Siem Reap), the English speaking guides, the air conditioned vehicle and above all their reliability. Again well organized, well thought out, great value, terrific guides and the other families that sign up are terrific. We were treated like royalty throughout the holiday. Mr Ann answered numerous email questions promptly. Highly recommend them…

We returned from our tour of Thailand & Cambodia. My family used Global Travel in Cambodia to book our 4 weeks tour to Thailand & Cambodia. We had our own driver and guide and went at our own speed and visited the places we wanted to go to.

Like you we didn't want to do it ourselves. It may be little more expensive but certainly takes away all the hassle. We like to email Ann and talk to him about what we want to do and our expectations. Ann draws up a draft itinerary which he will then alter as many times as it takes until we are completely happy with it. He were also very patient in answering all my (many) questions. All the arrangements worked seamlessly and the programme he put together for us covered everything there was to see at each of our ports of call. The service provided locally was second to none, with extremely knowledgeable and personable guides meeting us from each airport, meeting our specific requirements. Having a personal guide and driver really made the tour hassle free and enabled us to concentrate on enjoying the sights and understanding the intricacies of ancient and modern history and politics in the region.

The service and standard of all the hotels he identified for us was first class. In Thailand, we enjoyed Bangkok, The Peninsula was excellent. Great location, staff and facilities. The Anantara Chiang Mai was our favourite hotel of the holiday. Again lovely and helpful staff, good food and an overall relaxing feel. Krabi we absolutely loved Tubkaak Resort. The people there really couldn't do enough for us & it was so peaceful & relaxing!

We also loved the Park Hyatt in Siem Reap and Raffles Hotel in Phnom Penh. Lovely rooms, staff and food.

We really enjoyed Cambodia. On hindsight, two day in Phnom Penh good enough to see the palaces, pagodas, museums, Tuol Sleng and Killing Fields, markets. Siem Reap was great. We had a fantastic guide, who was extremely knowledgeable and very flexible. We thought Ta Prohm, Angkor wat, Bantav Srei, Beng Mealee, and Angkor Thom (especially Bayon) were amazing.

We had a great time with them and definitely use them again for our next Vietnam trip and highly recommend them.
