I booked a flight with this agency, but when I arrived at the airport, they had no record of my booking. The ticket they sent me was fake. It took two months of chasing them down to get my money back. Completely unreliable and dishonest, don’t waste your time or money with them please be careful

Very bad experience. This agency took money from my account without me booking any ticket. They later sent random names claiming a booking was made, which is not true.

They also sent fake refund receipts pretending to be from Turkish Airlines, which is extremely concerning.

This looks like a scam and misuse of customer data. Avoid this agency and report them to Companies House. I will be taking legal action.

I would like to avoid this company at all costs. Booked and paid online but no E-tickets we issued in 24 Hrs. I checked with airline and they confirmed tickets were voided same day. They kept my money for 1 month. I was very lucky to get refund amount.
This company is total scam so please avoid it at all costs. To by tickets after one month it costed me extra £500 because of these scammers.

I would avoid booking with this company at all costs. I booked flights for the cost I had seen online, confirmation had been received. The following day they called to tell me only 2 out of the 3 tickets had been confirmed and if I wanted the same flights it would now cost me £1,200 more. They then looked at alternative flights and asked me to pay an additional £800 for these as their terms said non refundable tickets. I paid the additional amount they then called in the evening to say a similar issue had occurred the seats weren’t available and could I take different flights. I didn’t agree they said they would look into it they never callled me back I had to call them they then said everything was fine.
As a result I have asked them to issue a refund not to issue any tickets and I will be raising a credit card claim against them.
I have now booked through a different provider.

I needed to cancel my flights at the very last moment due to an emergency, and Mr Akhil was so helpful that he went above and beyond to refund my tickets.
