Sophie has been helpful the entire journey. I am not proficient on the phone due to hearing loss so have need written contact. I have had Michael who has been a good account manager with recommendations and Sophie has give me a lot of time and information.

They maintain very high standards excellent etiquette and were incredibly knowledgeable. Very good experience and pleased to be on board.

Staff were great. I am very busy so prefer email contact. They were very quick to respond and when I did want to be contacted by phone, they were quick to organise a call and it went very well. Thanks Steve and Jenny.

I am happy with the experience. The price was reasonable and the staff were good. It was not hard sales tactics but instead I felt they were working with me. So far so good.

Big selection with lots of information and the staff were both very knowledgeable and understanding. Was really interested in getting involved and was even happier to do so after I made my first purchase. Purchased numerous casks now and they have all been great choices.

A fantastic experience. Richard sorted me out properly. It took a while to set up but he was thorough and stayed with me from start to finish.

Harry spoke to me first and heard my story and wishes. From there I was put through to Elizabeth who was both lovely and accommodating. Eventually with her help we found the right product for me which was suitable.

Tom was a great help. I have wanted to get involved for a while but not until I felt comfortable. Tom never rushed me and now I comfortable, I am happy to say I am now an owner!
