Would never suggest this company to anyone ever.

Some staff are very rude and will try and strong arm you into buying their product or flight as "its the best there is" when its +£500 over what you could find else where and youd end up doing everything yourself which is not what I paid the money for and when you cancel they dont give you any of your money back and give you half of it back in credit to use in their company.

Safe to say never using that and would suggest to anyone looking to do something with them to look elsewhere as they are overpriced and very forceful in trying to get you to pay on the spot.

Kayla was just absolutely amazing! She explained everything in the perfect way for me to understand and she brought me so much reassurance that this is the right trip for me.

Staff, value for money & booking process is 10/10

My experience with Global Work & Travel was absolutely excellent. Jordan walked me through the entire process and answered any questions I had. He was bubbly and personable from start to finish and was extremely patient when we had any technical difficulties. It was a big relief to have Rory, my trip coordinator, throughout my booking process. Rory answered any questions I had and ensured that I could contact him if I had any concerns or questions at any time in the future. The entire process was taken care of for me; any stress I was experiencing during the process was lifted thanks to the incredible staff at GW&T. Thank you to the amazing staff who made my experience so easy and stress-free.

Charlie was a great Trip Coordinator. He always made sure that I understood every step and made me feel comfortable, he took his time with explaining things and answering all of my Questions, which I really appreciated. Overall all the Staff that I was talking to, were really nice and helpful.

Nicole was friendly, thorough and highly efficient throughout the phone call. She covered all necessary information clearly and encouraged questions at every stage. Her approachable manner made it easy to feel at ease and get excited about the trip!

The people I spoke to over the phone where really helpful and made the whole process very easy to do whilst also making sure that I understood everything that I would need and would be doing. At this stage I would recommend people use global work and travel if they wanted to go on a working holiday.

I talked to Jess on the phone today, she was very clear about the whole experience. Although there were a lot of positives, nothing was sugarcoated.

Jack was super helpful regarding what to expect for the application process. Couple things I’d improve is transparency of options following being offered a job (whether it suits an individual or not) and opening up some extra, perhaps less important modules on g world before payment to feel a little more involved in the process.
