Jack is SUPER helpful and friendly. Made me feel so secure about the whole planning process of the trip. I know i’m in good hands :)

My daughter and her roommate signed up with this company in February to leave for Australia in July. Global told the girls they would help them get jobs and housing as part of the services they provide. They didn’t! My daughter kept asking her contact at Global about jobs and housing, and the contact told her to wait until June before she worried about it. Finally in June, my daughter and her roommate had to start looking for their own housing because then Global told them, “we’ll help you find something after you get here.” They weren’t willing to wait that long, so they found an apartment, but still no jobs. Global finally found them 2 job possibilities, which were hours away from Melbourne, where Global had told them they’d be living. Very disappointing! Global was very disorganized and very slow to respond. The girls also had been told that there was a group of other Global travelers they’d get to meet. There wasn’t. It was just the two of them. It was awful. They were on their own in a foreign country with no help at all from the company who got them there. So with no job, no one there to give her any help or guidance, my daughter ended up coming home after a week. Global did nothing except charge way too much money and arrange a terrible flight schedule. They made it sound like they would arrange everything and the girls would arrive there and start a new job with lots of new people and housing provided. But there was none of that. I am 100% disappointed with Global and would never recommend this company to anyone. They only care about money.

The travel coordinator Kayla, was amazing and made me feel so ready and excited for my trip! The approval process was also pretty smooth and fast. Loved every moment of set up call!

Kayla has a fantastic personality. She was helpful and patient with me while walking me through the process. Everyone I have spoken to from Global has been exceptionally kind and engaging.

Kayla was a very informative and helping person. Letting me know details and outlook of what’s to come. Very thorough with my actions. Making sure I felt heard and understood with my questions and concerns.

The phone call was great, really detailed about what was needed. I talked to Levi and he was super friendly and easy to talk to and explained everything very well. It made me super excited for my trip coming up in the next year and I can't wait to find out more and get it all sorted!
