Had to involve Paypal to get my refund
I returned a faulty WiFi doorbell to this company by recorded/signed for delivery.
Despite confirming receipt of the item, 4 phone calls and a month later I still have not received a refund!
Yesterday they told me that they had refunded my paypal account that morning, which they hadn't.
After involving Paypal I eventually received my refund today.
I also got a phonecall of apology and offered a discount in the future.

Couldn't be bothered!
Using their own online message system I attempted to get an estimate/quote to supply and install a CCTV system with GlobeTeck. Initially they seemed keen, and asked for more details from me.
[Oddly their reply came from an obviously fake email address, surely NOT their "normal" email address?
N.B. TrustPilot (in their wisdom) made me remove the fake email address!
I sent them a list (and pictures) with a description of what I wanted but got NO RESPONSE.
A few days later I sent a follow up email and still got NO RESPONSE.
Two WEEKS later I'm still waiting for any response.
What a way to run a company! I can only assume they don't want my business.
So, this company deserves NO stars, but I have to give the minimum of just one star.
