Just like the others I got caught out by this scam. Never been had before so got cocky but well and truly fell for this one. Luckily I wasn't waiting ages before contacting them to find out no dvd was coming. Scummy b******ds.

I ordered what I thought to be Blu-ray DVD. Received download.
Queried - response unsatisfactory.
Requested refund- no response.
Requested again with aim of pursuit via credit card company .
Refund issued.

A total scam wished had read these reviews before ordering. I thought had ordered DVD but then saw it was blueray. But never received anything so wrote asking if could send dvd they said can't cancel or refund download but it was good value as can get into lots of films for that one price. I wrote back stating wanting the DVD as it was a present heard no more. Avoid at all cost

As everyone has said SCAM.
I thought I was getting a Bluray disc, but no it's a digital download.
It says nothing on there website about a download. Sent 5 emails asking for refund with no reply.
Got refund from credit card.
Well done barclaycard.

Scam scam scam. I too should have read reviews. No where does the advert state download. It leads you too believe a dvd is being sent

A complete scam. Wished I had checked them out first.
You are led to believe product is being posted but is a download. Do not download! I reported to Trading Standards and will open a visa dispute after 14 days. I cancelled my debit card too.
Be very careful. Complete scam and these people are the scum of the earth.

Joining the long list of people on here!! I ordered in between Christmas and New year and nothing yet but getting the sinking feeling that i have been had!!! Money could have been better spent!!

You just get a download even though the site "makes out" you are getting an "actual" DVD.

Ordered DVD weeks ago, but still no sign of it, or even a link to a download. If you go onto Google Earth Street View you will see that the address is an unmarked residential house in a non-commercial terrace. What a scam! I should have consulted Trustpilot first.

Same as everyone else - they send an electronic version of films, despite listing them as DVDs rather than their file types.

Their refund policy denies customers refunds unless we didn't mean to order that product and complain within 48hous, which of course you wouldn't do if you were waiting for a product to arrive by post.

Unfortunately same as other reviews. I thought I was buying a DVD and ended up with a poor-quality download. Not sure if it's even legal as you get access to other films as well. Really disappointed. Will ask for a refund with my credit card company.

Misleading information. You’re lead to believe you’re buying a dvd with “free shipping”, but it is in fact a download. I should have known the bargain price was too good to be true. Wish I’d checked the company out on here first.

You're lead to believe that you are purchasing a actual physical item but then told that you've bought digital downloads. I told them that's not what I paid for and that I wanted a refund but they basically told me no refunds (even though they state 30 days returns) and then ignored me. They sent me links to the downloads but I wasn't going to touch those with a barge pole.
The even tried taking more money out of my account without my knowledge. Thankfully my bank blocked them and
It was only after when I reported it to my bank that I was informed of the attempts by them to take more money.
The low lifes at this company are obviously a bunch of scum and need a good flogging!

This website is download only yet this is not made clear in the product page or basket when an item is added. The site states refunds are given and it has a “hassle-free refund policy” offering refunds if “Item is not as described” - seems this is not the case!
Not a company I will ever use again - misleading and certainly does not have the customer at the heart of what they do.

So glad that, after reading all these reviews I avoided ordering what I thought was a DVD box-set at a bargain price.
Obviously a big scam by lowlifes who are a waste of space. Thanks to all who did a review!

Very clever page and business. 4 stars from me because of bit of misinformation that this is stuff to download. About experience now: This is very good deal if subtitle not needed also you need to be bit of Computer Skilled . Server little bit to slow but picture is just up to Blu-Ray standard.9.99 Pound Starlings for full Downtown Abby 6 seasons in Blue-Ray is absolutely barging. Not sure if is legal or not ,but if is officially available then must be legal. From me personally Big Fat Thanks Ps. If you downloading parts separately then you don't need unzip it also one codec needed from Microsoft website for free.. so this is little bit of advice

Fraudsters. You think you are buying a BlueRay or DVD, then they send a download.... which doesn't work. They then ignore requests for refunds.

Fooled into thinking I was purchasing a DVD set only to find out the goods had to be downloaded.

The downloads DO NOT UNZIP and are useless.

Within 24Hrs asked them cancel my purchase and refund my money that was ignored.

Ordered a copy of an American TV series (Curb Your Enthusiasm Series 11). Assumed this was on DVD. Purchased and received an email with a link (!) to download. Never worked...nothing downloaded (not that I had wanted a download anyway). I reported that I have not had my purchase...rather than rectifying my issue of non-supply of a product I had purchased I was offered all manner of pirate content (Pixar, James Bond film collections etc). Shocking service and ripping people off. REPORTED
