The tour was amazing and our tour guide (Samir) was phenomenal!! He made the trip even more amazing! The country was so beautiful and there is so much historical significance, religious sites, and interesting places there!! The cuisine was very good and the culture, history, and beauty there was just fantastic. Definitely going back again and recommend this company!

It is well-planned, and the route is very organized. The tour Guide & driver are both very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I really, really enjoyed my trip to Israel. Our guide Samir is a true professional. We felt completely safe with him and because of his intimate knowledge of his country, he provided a knowledgeable experience that I will cherish forever! He looked out for us and he knew a lot of friendly people that welcomed us with open arms. Carol from Cosmos was also a true professional and she really cared about our concerns. Carol kept us up to date and provided us with the information that we needed. Thanks again and I will be going back to Israel some time in the future.

The guide and the driver were extremely professional

Visited lots of places as promised. But a tour is really enjoyable if you have the best tour director and driver, making sure you're enjoying this experience. Our tour director and driver are both excellent and very accommodating.

Cosmos staff goes above and beyond the usual expected from a tour to make your journey pleasant. A change in the schedule if it happens being solve so smoothly it's hardly remembered .this is my first experience with that company as an avid traveler it would not be the last.Never juge a book by his cover.

Having everything planned in advance, great travel guide, fellow travelers, transportation & accomodations.

Hotels in Israel did not meet expectations.
Overall food could have been better.
Guide in Israel went above and beyond.
Guide in Jordan did not use "wispers" and difficult to hear.

Great variety of sites and cities.

Tour destinations, hotels and meals, schedules, director, guides & drvers were all great. It would have been excellent if Garabandal, Oviedo & Zaragoza were included.

We have a very excellent experience about our land tour. The only problem we had is our seat arrangement in the airplane. We booked very early so me and my wife can sit side by side but we were far from each other.

I believe I already submitted a review of our trip, but suffice it to say we had a wonderful time and the trip was terrific. Special shoutout to our tour guide, Viktor H. He was fabulous; detailed, thorough, helpful and went out of his way to make our trip special. Above and beyond! For example, while in Munich, several of us wanted to attend Oktoberfest. Viktor went out of his way to get us on the metro train and practically walk us to the event when he had no plans to attend it himself.

Gran hotel Los abetos has clogged sink and shower. We stayed for two nights. I informed the front desk but it was never fixed. It is not very clean either.

This was a wonderful tour. Very well organized and the experiences and sights were amazing.

Our Globus tour of Germany with the Oberammergau Passion Play and it's many stops was just perfect. Suzy, our guide, was so informative, helpful, and we loved her sense of humor. We like that our trip included a train ride and also a little cruise on the Rhine. Our Berlin city tour was on a non Globus coach, and the audio system did not work correctly. However, our Berlin walking tour with Ben was so informative. Thank you Globus!

I thought this was a trip to see Fatima and Luards, but it was much MORE. To arrive in Fatima on the First Saturday of the month allowed me to celebrate the request made by our Blessed Mother Mary of Fatima to pray the Rosary, visit with her, attend Mass, receive communion, and go to confession was so special, and added blessing with the candle procession in Fatima and Luards which had a full moon over our Blessed Mother Mary. All the rest of the places also had special importance for me as a Catholic, exceeding my expectations to a level of prayerful thankfulness to our Lord Jesus for allowing me to experience His Blessings and His Mothers through your tour agencies very knowledgeable and wonderfully patient tour giude, Ines, and your very safe, and excellent bus driver, Alex. Iguide,, appreciate and thank you COSMOS.

All expectations were met. It could have been better if we spent one more day in Oberammergau village. The schedule was hectic specially for old folks like us, the arrival and. Dinner break was so challenging physically.
