I initially purchased a mini book reading light and whilst it was of excellent quality it turned out not to be suitable for me so it was returned.
I subsequently received an email from Glocusent asking why it wasn't suitable which was because I didn't like it clipped to the book and it wasn't bright enough when clipped to the head board.
At that same time I expressed my interest in the upgraded neck reading light and to my surprise I was offered that product free and it arrived just 2 days later!"
The upgraded neck reading light is excellent and perfect for my requirements; it is very comfortable to wear and with 3 colour options and 3 brightness levels it should be suitable for most situations.
The customer service provided by Lulu Peng was exceptional and far above and beyond my expectatons and I wouldn't hesitate in buying Glocusent products in the future.

The website is very helpful in explaining the colors of light as well as various degrees of brightness. The neck LED reading light arrived very quickly and works exactly as described. I love it!!

Great product

Its light weight. I love how bright it is.

I sent an email to inquire about a product I needed. I got a prompt reply and a link to where I could find the product. It was reasonably priced and shipping was rapid.

First, the light was delivered very quickly. Just 2 days and it was at my house. Second, I had been shopping for something that I could use to provide additional light while I was knitting with very thin yard. I was about to reluctantly select a floor lamp when I saw this around the neck reading light. It turns out to be perfect. I can select the brightness and type of light. And it points to where I need it.

No package!
No information about sending!
No contact!!!

Absolutely think they are great!!!!

I was delighted with my reading device bought on Amazon. However I was disappointed that I was unable to buy a new cable lead for charging. Nonetheless, you refunded the cost promptly to my account and I thank you for that. As an elderly widow it would have been helpful if you could have advised me on where I could get a new cable as at 80 I find it difficult to know where to go next thus the 3 stars.

Two days later I received a lovely email from Glocusent informing me that they were sending me a replacement.
Like most old people I hate complaining because the life I lead is in some aspects better than my parents and grandparents.
However, old people are no longer valued and when we ask for help with new technology we are regarded as a nuisance.
I had an extremely infuriating week with a high tech company with regard to my mobile phone and renewing a contract. They could not grasp that I did not need a high powered phone at 80 to listen to music etc and send 500 texts a month. I use mine for emergency calls and whats app. The banks are the worse I can’t see well enough to do online banking on a phone which is often lost under the couch until someone texts me.

But I must encourage you to buy the head-torch from
Glocusent I use it every night because it leaves my hands free to read and does not use too much electricity. But mainly to demonstrate that there are good firms who do listen and respond and also to encourage all us oldies to complain about firms who do not teach their staff that older people have different priorities and are to be be valued as customers

My order came right away. When I received the email saying it had been shipped, it was already here.
The product is high quality and works as intended (reading light). If anything the lowest setting is still pretty bright but better than not being bright enough.

Placed on order on the second, received no notification of it being shipped for six days, sent an email and never heard back. Payment has already been processed, but I have nothing to show for it.

This is my third buy of this light. I have given two away to my stitching friends. They make great gifts.

Ordered one previous and service so great and easy and fast I ordered 2 more because I loved the product

Love the neck reading light. The options, especially for warm light that won't interfere with sleep, are excellent. Love that I can adjust the brightness. The device is very flexible. It seems a tad large to me but it's size would not discourage me from recommending to friends. Wish it was made in the US instead of China but there is little to be done about that at the moment.
