Dreadful company, claimed to post from the UK but when they (deliberately) sent me 3 items (and charged for 3 items) instead of the one that I ordered, told me they had in fact been shipped from China and I would have to pay to return them to China for a refund. Absolute scammers, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely rubbish company, never delivered my grandsons xmas present although claiming they have.

Should be 0 stars, Do not order from this firm, shoddy products and even shoddier customer service. Really disappointed.

Why didn’t I read this before I ordered? Absolute rubbish, slipper socks worth £1 at best and only fit for the bin, and I was charged over £30. No point in trying to return them, obviously

Do not buy from these people.......
They have the order returned to them then stop responding to emails and messages...obtained an immediate refund by reporting to and raising a claim in PayPal Resolution centre ..... I would not advise anyone to buy from these people certainly not using credit or debit cards!!!

Requested refund but they kept emailing me back offering discount !

In the end they gave me a postal address back to china ..
They would not send a prepaid sticker ..
went to the post office to enquire how much to send back tracked ..£18 !!!
Will not send back and will give them to a charity shop !!

They advertise that you can return for a refund in 30 days. This is not true. I have been in a long email correspondence since 14 June to try to return an item. They eventually offered me 10% refund, then 15% refund, then said they will refund if I shop to an address in China! They won't provide a prepaid means for me to send it. I don't trust them to refund it as they have been poor to respond, and are in breach of what they say on.tje website. They appear via Companies House to be a very profitable company - no wonder.

Do not order from this firm.
Ordered a pair of sandals that looked great on website. Took over a month to arrive and when they did arrive were of a much poorer quality. The parcel showed they came directly from China with import information showing a value of £7 I paid £40.
Poor customer service- took ages to get answer from email. Kept sandals as knew getting a refund was going to be an uphill challenge.
This firm should be named and shamed.

This company is not worth one star.
They are absolute Shysters.
I ordered 2 toilet brushes.
They are flimsy, the useless attachment to stick to the wall to hold the brush doesn’t work.
The companies returns policy doesn’t exist. They are LIARS
I have ended up putting them in the bin as it was upsetting me to see them and to know I was duped out of £35.

Made a mistake on the order. Instantly emailed Gloella to get it rectified. They would not do it as they said the order had been shipped. Their tracking data showed that it took 10 days after my email for the item to be shipped.
They are outright liars and shysters.
The order took a month to arrive. It arrived when I was out. The the courier put it in my dustbin on the day rubbish was to be collected. Fortunately, the dustbin men tossed it on my front doorstep.
I can find no web site for their thousands of happy customer reviews!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a sports bra, it took a month too arrive and doesn't fit. I am trying to return it for a full refund in accordance with their returns policy but so far have received an email offering me a 10% refund, which has now become an offer of a 15% refund which I have also refused and asked for a full refund. No response. They take days to respond. Do not purchase from this company - they are scammers.
