We came to Glo from Xfinity.

We came to Glo from Xfinity.

The phone tree to get support is three questions: New or existing customer, zip code, and billing or tech support. Within a couple minutes, you are on the line with an agent in the United States, because they don't outsource their customer service overseas.

I have had exactly one problem with the service in over a year. I called technical support and they figured out the problem (router got stuck on a bad update) and had me back up and running within half an hour.

Compared to Xfinity, with their useless AI in their scoring phone tree, overseas human agents (when you can even get to one who are obviously reading off scripts, the bill that increased every single month for no reason, and comparatively slow and unreliable internet?

Glo has been a breath of fresh air.

Poor service if any for over 6 months

Poor service if any for over a year, really bad last 6 to 8 months. Over 50 calls to tech support and open service tickets one after the other for months. Ever paid for new router told would help. My service is 18 up and 2 down for 65.oo dollars a month and we have two services. Can not run two devices at the same time and watching a movie without buffering will 50/50 if we are lucky. Glo Fiber just installed new underground cable and few days ago in hopes to correct the problem. We requested a credit for the time over the last 8 months we did not have service and told they are working on it. Today we have no service again and we called to report the problem to find out we have been disconnected for payment. How ironic is that. And to top it off the person we were speaking to by the name of Cheryl told us that we can always get new service with TriStar or Elon Musk company. Wow! Be warned if you deal with glo fiber you will get every excuse in the book and very poor service both from the tech and the product that they're supposed to be providing you.

Always easy to reach by phone

Always easy to reach by phone. Service is fast and reliable. Setup and installation was relatively quick and easy.

Compared to Cox Cable, this is faster, cheaper, and more reliable.
