Shop, it has pictures of beautiful clothing, and what gets delivered has nothing to do with the pictures.
I’ve asked for refund, and they have vanished.

The product I received does not match the photos and description on the website at all. In the photos, the item looks rich and high-quality, but in reality it’s clear that fabric was skimped on and the material quality was sacrificed. The design is different, the sleeves are too narrow, and the length is much shorter. This is outright consumer deception and misleading advertising. I am extremely disappointed — this was meant to be a gift for my daughter-in-law, and I am embarrassed by such a “gift.”

This website is a scam. What they show on the site is not what they send.
I ordered based on the photos and description, but the product I received was completely different—cheap, low quality, and nothing like what was advertised. It feels like deliberate deception.
I contacted customer service multiple times. They ignored my messages, refused to properly handle the complaint, and did not return my money. No real support, no responsibility, no honesty.
This is not just bad service. This is misleading customers and taking their money without delivering what was promised.
Do not order from this site. Save your money, your time, and your nerves.

Company appears a scam I ordered a thick looking woollen jumper as photographed sent cheap thin imitation print the company won't advise where or how to return just offered a discount to keep it three times now telling me it will cost $70 to return? not happy they make it an extremely difficult process to return because you cant get any reply reporting to consumer affairs of course they are not interested don't buy off this company

After payment for some beautiful items, my bank called me a few days later they had to block my credit card. Under Gloritouch has been several tries for transactions. We will open the case that will be no delivery. Until now nothing arrived.
- finally something arrived. The pictures and the reason why I bought items are .. breathtaking beautiful sweaters in knitting quality just beautiful pictures. The reality looks totally different. I would love to write something nice but it’s not possible. It’s just plastic trash, the design is completely different. I would like to add some pictures. It’s horrible. I wrote to the company. It must be a mistake… but of course no answer.. be careful don’t buy!!

Price for item (the yellow cardigan) changed 3 time, while I try to check out, they write" spend 16, 5 and get free shipping", ism going to spent 43$, clik " OK", but in total price shipping cost appeared 9,99 and they offered to pay total 59,..$..It is not a honest market, they must learn to sell like Chinese traders do it.

Don't order from this place total scam. Items are not at all as advertised. Website shows beautiful AI generated woven knit clothing, reality is cheap fuzzy prints on cheap material. Total garbage and completely misleading advertising. On top of that they make it extremely hard to return anything. Just...don't do it!!

Do NOT order from this site!!! I ordered two knitted sweaters but received two knock off Shein material sweatshirts!!! No itemized statement of purchase with refund policy was included. Now, I'm having a hard time returning it! I ordered the purchase on September 29th and I received it on October 24th!

Reeceived products (2 sweaters, if you can call them that) and were nothing like pictured or described.

I think it is sick that you attempt such actions based on your mis-held belief that most people will accept your explanation.

It is simply a disgrace and my husband WILL not be adjusting the review to suggest otherwise.
