Lack of communication and customer service
Did not receive the box I ordered, no message to let me know that the box I had ordered was sold out and absolutely no help from customer service. I have asked to cancel my subscription as they did not deliver the box I ordered and customer service refuse to help or respond to that. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone.

Bought an advent calendar well ahead of december with no indications that it would not be sent in the near future, almost 3 weeks later it has still not been sent and there is no response from Glossybox apart from the generic autoreplies...

Difficult to find what you’re looking for
I think it is a very messy website, and hard to find what you are looking for. Also difficult to quite grasp what is in the glossy boxes.

Quick ordering but too little information about the subscription
