We got a new washing machine installed and everything went very smoothly. We got a 30 min notification of the arrival time (on the agreed day). Dinu then arrived and packed up the old non-functioning machine, installed and tested the new one and gave us some advice on well-maintenance. Everything was quick, professional and I was particularly impressed with how he kept the area clean and made sure that there are no rubber streaks or water marks on the floor following the installation of the new washing machine!

The engineer diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and talked me through the process. That meant I knew what I was paying for and steps to avoid the dishwasher from malfunctioning again. He called when he was on his way and checked everything was clean and in order before he left. First class service.

Alex is really friendly and knowledgable. He took no time at all on both visits. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the company cancelled the first fitting with little notice. This was likely nothing to do with Alex who was great!

He’s really personable and ace at what he does :) Hopefully we won’t need him again but if we do, we’d 100% use Alex again.

not trustworthy company. paid for the product online. after 2 weeks of waiting, it arrived in wrong model( cheaper one than what we order). asking for money back with instruction for return. no reply so far. Try to call the company, then get diverted and drop the call eventually. Don't buy from this company!!

I recently used Glotech in Bristol and I found them very good and very efficient. I had a fault fixed on my fridge by Alex, he explained a lot to me and put my mind at rest about several things I was unsure off. I would recommend this company to friends and family and would use them again.

No communication from them what so ever. 1st email asking what was going on, 2nd email asking for refund received an apology response saying that they'd refund, two weeks later no money received back, 3rd email gets no response, just sent 4th email another week later. Untrustworthy business, you should not trust with your money.
Poor
Had an appointment to fix an issue the engineer couldn't fix on the first appointment. Our appointment slot was 8-1. At 1.30 we had not heard anything from the engineer so rang Glotech for an update. Informed that the engineer was running late (no apology or acknowledgement that they should have provided an update). Engineer eventually turned up at 4... unhelpfully the parts supplied were not correct so the engineer could not actually do anything. I had also raised a query with Glotech during a call that a previous repair had resulted in some damage to the oven. Glotech immediately created a "new job" for the query. The engineer spent less than 2 mins looking at it and told me that the previous repair was not the cause of the damage (which is disputed). I then received a call the next morning informing me that Glotech were intending to charge me £99 for the "repair" as it was not covered by the Blaupunkt warranty. I could understand if the engineer had been specifically called out, but the engineer was in the house, so this cannot be a call out fee. Furthermore Glotech did not inform me when I raised the query, that I might be responsible for any charges.... Funnily enough, over a week later I have heard nothing about the actual issue they came out to fix... I have a large piece of machinery sitting in my house and my hob issue remains unresolved with no update on what is happening????
Update (14/5/24) - I have had another call chasing for payment of the £99 but no actual update on what Glotech were supposed to be fixing
