Rob and lee were wonderful
Rob and lee were wonderful. They were super friendly and efficient. They had to carry a freezer up too many stairs to count and when they got to the top they were professional and explained everything.

Rob and Lee did a fantastic job in installing out dishwasher. This was a difficult installation due to the fit size and they came up with pragmatic solutions to solve them- nothing was too much trouble! Greatly appreciated and looking forward to washing those dishes now!

Great efficient company
Right from the start of buying the dishwasher to having it installed was no problem. Excellent service throughout. Dino and Callum who installed it went above and beyond, even aligned my cupboard doors!
Really nice cheerful guys. Would definitely use Glotech again for other appliances when needed

Refund not made
They weren't able to deliver a fridge freezer when promised so I chose to cancel with a full refund which was promised witihn 3-5 working days. I have tried to contact them about this, but can't get a response.

First of all there logo is an imitation…
First of all there logo is an imitation of John Lewis with a service that never delivered satisfaction. There customer service is appalling with no professional aftercare. I do not recommend them as I will not be using Glotech again in the future, very and truly disappointed. Stick to what you know best as I was fooled by the fake positive reviews.

Terrible service
Terrible service. One star given for how polite and helpful staff are otherwise no stars for company. Service engineer ok, told me he couldn't fix my old fridge freezer so I purchased and paid for a new Beco from Glotech as they offer 50% off repair charge plus I paid a further £55 to have door opening changed. I had to call 5 days later to find out about delivery as I didn't have any information re this. Received an email from their supplier Kaboodle and booked an appointment. They only deliver specific days any time during the day. I rang Kaboodle to say I have a commitment every afternoon of the day they delivered and requested a morning delivery. They could not guarantee this. I was not asking for a specific time. I found this totally unreasonable and cancelled my order. Glotech sales advertises "Making it easy...., Take the stress out of buying, Fast delivery" None of this service applies to Glotech and the supplier they use. Will not use this company again.
