I haven't received an update nor the package itself that I ordered 10 days ago.
There is no contact number provided on the website - which says to contact at any time if there is a problem.

I was still waiting for my order 10 days later, despite the website saying dispatch in 2-5days and delivery in 48 hours. After seeing the reviews below I submitted a complaint and asked for dispatch that day or a full refund so I could get what I needed from elsewhere as it was very unprofessional and late! *Update - after i submitted this review I got a reply to my email, my order was cancelled and I was fully refunded in full and they said my review was fake. I can assure you it is not.

If there were less than one star I would give that! Ordered on 1st January, money taken from account and still not dispatched on 18th. Emailed on 14th and yay received a reply - will chase it up. Heard nothing since and emails now not being replied to.
Absolutely disgusted

Ordered on 26 December 2021 and didn’t receive my order but they took the money from my account!
I email them in January, they just ignored me!
I definitely NOT RECOMMEND THEM,just be aware,they take money but not send orders!

Very delayed and even then I only received half of my order. Still chasing for a refund on the rest which should have been automatic and was promised 2 weeks ago.

Ordered on 14th December, 3-5 days delivery, stupidly thought I would have it in time for Christmas. Half my order eventually arrived (way too late for Christmas) I complained and was told the other items were out of stock and they would process a refund. 2 weeks later I still don't have my money back.

Yes, it is a real issue, I have just forwarded the email I sent this morning (which was in reply to last email from yourselves and copies in previous messages) to the email address you mention below. Thank you

Appalling service, should not be taking any online orders at all, if in fact they are a genuine shop. Placed an order - usual dispatch 3-5 workings days yet 12 working days later I am still chasing !! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Seems they'll take your money and hold on to it then issue a refund after they've had you money more than two weeks ! SCAM

Absolutely awful. Took 16 days to despatch something. Terrible communication where I had to email same thing multiple times for follow up that they promised but didnt deliver. Threatened credit card charge back in end to get item. Avoid!!

Annoyingly I didn’t think to check reviews of this company before I placed an order with them. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and am yet to receive the items.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt as Christmas has just passed, but after 16 days of not hearing anything from the company I contacted them asking if they had an update on my order. I had a response the same day which gave me hope, saying they would check for an update.

That point was when I looked up reviews of the company and saw how many awful ones there were. After not receiving an update I contacted the company the following day and eventually got a response from the owner of the company, apologising and saying he would investigate.

Another 5 days have passed since then and I’ve heard nothing back. I’ve emailed today asking for an update or a full refund.

Avoid the hassle and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The reduced prices are not worth the time wasted chasing them.

Shocking lack of customer service as in none .
Placed an order on 19th December, emailed well after Xmas.
First reply was quite polite... Will check with despatch etc as should have received by now...
Silence, left another week emailed again...
Politely asked if there was an update on my order yet.
Received a rather rude email saying
'despatch are aware you are chasing'

I had been waiting 3 weeks and allowed them benefit of the bank holidays etc. My order was nearly £60.
I left it another few days..emailed again, this time I was a bit more annoyed.

My email started with...
Me again, the chaser !

Needless to say I have not received my order but had an email today saying my order was cancelled and a refund processing.

No apology no reason why ..and at the bottom the infamous line..
'We hope to see you again soon'

I do not like to leave bad reviews but gave this business more than enough chance, I can only presume their actual shop in Gloucester does so well they don't need online business.

Save yourself loads of time and go to pets at home instead !

Unfortunately, I have to add to the bad reviews here.

I placed an order in the middle of december for xmas treats for my animals.

At time of writing, now nearly a month later, I’ve chased twice and am still without even a dispatch email. Insultingly their website still states 2-5 days dispatch and how this is allowed to be advertised is beyond me.

I’d hoped to support a smaller shop vs the likes of Amazon but seemingly chose the wrong one.

It seems they entice people in with offers and discount codes with no actual intent to ever fulfil any orders.

Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company, how are they aloud to still trade? 30 quid order and nothing turned up for Xmas, emailed them, they said they would look into it then turned off communications and now I need to get it taken back by my bank. They should be investigated. If they didn't send my order...how many others didn't they sent. That's called theft

Missing half my order. Contacted on facebook to be told they were out of stock. this was at the start of december. I have now been blocked on facebook.
Awful place to deal with

Nothing turned up, no communication from them other than to not leave a bad review. Nearly £50 down and left without Christmas presents on Christmas Day. Don’t waste your money or time il now be going into the new year trying to get my money back.

We made our Christmas order for 2 soft Kong toys here as they were the best price we could find on the Net. We ordered before reading reviews & then got a bit concerned when nothing appeared within 7 days. I Thought to myself that perhaps they had to await their orders to arrive before forwarding to us. So I were patient. We then received an email advising our order was ready for dispatch & Right enough, a day later our order arrived.
Very happy with the toys, & the price. They know they have to work on their timing but at least they let me kknow what was happening.

Absolutely trash... Waited over a week for dispatch.. nothing. Chased them, items got sent..
When it arrived almost HALF the order missing...
They acclaimed a note was meant to be put in saying items out of stock and a refund issued... No refund.. chased them 13 days later (this morning).. awaiting a reply.. can you manage that Gloucester pet shop?
Can someone local go in there and give a slap for incompetence. So called "departments" they have, i bet it a small business run on same site as shop, normally passed of as lack of communication within the companies as a way of diggin themselves out of it...

Plus however they are hosting (internally or a cheap ebay hosting package), their site is SLOOOOOOW as hell.

I placed an order on 26th November hadn’t recieved my order after a week emailed them then suddenly items are dispatched. They have me a tracking number with Hermes which hasn’t changed since 11th December. I’ve been emailing constantly I want a refund!! Never received my items. Response was we can’t refund until we get a reply from Hermes. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I’ve had to order elsewhere and I’m out of pocket now. Awful service!! Never again!!!!!

I didn't check the reviews before I ordered from this company but it's a scam. They take your money and never deliver the goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Needs to be reported to trading standards

Needs to be Nil star... Scammers... they take your money after ordering and dont supply the goods. Then they ignore emails, phone number advertised is fake. So no goods and no refund. Need reporting to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

Admittedly I did read the other reviews as it wasn't a well known company and I was sceptical. However, as there were some good, some bad, I was hoping I was going to be lucky. I ordered 2 balls which were half the price of amazon. On the FAQ it says theres a 2-5 working day processing time. After 9 days I emailed and didn't get a response, so I then FB messaged them and they said processing times were 3-5 days (they ignored the fact i had now been waiting 10). I messaged them again 2 days ago, I heard nothing and I have now just got an email saying my order has been refunded. When I checked the items are now all out of stock. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I gave them the benefit of the doubt in regards to the other bad reviews on here, but don't be like me.
