Shady and scammy company

Shady and scammy company with very ethically questionable practices. Any decent company will be open with your subscription information while they don't provide you with any, just ship out next order without any approval or warning.

Fraudulent subscription

Company claims to be located in United States, but the product shipped directly from China!!! As soon as I seen it I cancelled. I was refunded right away and tossed this crap in the garbage as it arrived. No communication, no phone call, no email from the company. I clearly stated that I don't want this product.
And I got charged month later and they are shipping their product again! No way I authorised any charges or subscription! Such a fraud! They will not refund, offered 50% off. Looks like they don't understand I don't want it even for free! I can't get into their system to cancel any of their product because I never even made any accounts with them. I am going to start legal actions against them for fraud.

I pushed the order button by mistake…

I pushed the order button by mistake February 15,2026! Immediately tried to cancel. Wouldn’t take it . So I write to Glovbeauty to cancel. No reaction. This was 6 weeks ago. I am so unhappy with their customer service. Their site is setup so you can’t speak to anyone. I spent $21 on postage to return two boxes of unopened packages. They make it difficult to cancel their subscription. Also they make u the customer do all the work. To get ur money back. I called Discover card 6 and 4 weeks ago putting a dispute on Glovbeauty.’Also to block anymore charges. Sure enough charge yesterday tried to come in. It was block. They might have a great product, but I don’t like being ripped off

This company is impossibe to contact. No replies to emails or through their website. They have no phone number.

I purchased their procuct, NAD+ one time and now they are trying to send it each month. I did not sign up for a subscription. I have emailed them and twice sent a message through their website NOT to send this product again. I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks. They do not have a phone number! I have received no answer or any acknowledgement that they received my messages. A short time ago,
I received an email from them stating that they are shipping the order. I replied, DON'T. This company is impossible to get a hold of.
