Absolutely abysmal and non existent…
Absolutely abysmal and non existent customer service.
I placed an order and paid through PayPal which did not give me a chance to input a delivery address it just auto filled an old saved address.
I emailed the company twice less than a minute later with the correct information. IGNORED.
I sent a follow up email the next day to reiterate the error. IGNORED.
I was sent a generic auto email saying it have been dispatched to the incorrect address, all my emails clearly still being ignored so I sent another one explaining the error again. IGNORED.
Parcel obviously could not be delivered and is now in a completely different city I no longer live in.
Sent in ANOTHER email complaining and I got a bare bones, lacklustre response with absolutely no apology for ignoring me.
I will never use this company again and encourage others to do the same because although the error was automatically inputted and submitted without me being about to edit anything, their complete lack of customer care is a giant red flag and they don’t deserve to custom when there are other suppliers who actually express customer care.

Unforutnely as per our website terms, we are unable to change the address on an order due to our system being automated. However you are able to amend the delivery to your local DPD shop from the link that was emailed across to you.
